المنتجع استثنائي بكل المقاييس هادي وفندقي بمعنى الكلمه و موظف الاستقبال اكرم عزالله ماقصر ومااخذت اجراءات الدخول اكثر من خمس دقائق ومتعاون لابعد الحدود كذلك الهاوس كيبر عباس رجل خدوم ومتعاون

We enjoyed swimming at the pool and the beach. The beach is beautiful and it had lots of places to hang out, sit, and have some food and drinks. The staff on waves restaurant were very friendly and helpful as well. I would rate the restaurant and staffs 100/100.
The 2 remote controls of each tv didn’t work properly. You would have to wait for the buttons to react, and the youtube on the bedroom tv didn’t work. We used the microwave one night before we left and the heating didn’t work. When we were about to take out the food, the door won’t open so we called the staff. They checked it but it was late so we told them to fix it the morning after. When we were about to check out the manager wanted us to pay for the damages. I was utterly shocked! The microwave didn’t work to begin with, and he wanted us to pay for the replacement of the part for the microwave door. Honestly the microwave looked cheap and the fridge was faulty as well. The cooling part at the bottom was full of ice and didn’t cool our water. I had to unplug it and waited for the ice to belt so we could keep our food and drinks cold and after that it worked fine. Overall, I hated how they handled the situation about the microwave. I was actually expecting them to apologize because of the faulty appliance but instead they wanted us to pay for it.

The pool need to be cleaned more and have a way to change the water same time automatically and a filter
People after using the beach with full of sand they jump into the pool without washing and it becomes dirty 😕

Great location, nice size villas by the beach with good facilities. Staff were very friendly. Both Maysa and Sheikha were exceptional. Thank you for being welcoming to your guests.

The location was perfect. The rooms were big and spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good.... though could have been better
The pool was outdoor. There should have been an indoor pool as well. Since it was raining all day the children could not enjoy the pool.

This my secound vist , the Breakfast was delicious and the location for the restaurant view opposite the beach very nice.
The beach very clean, all.of the staff the ladies and men in the reception are friendly, kind and helpful.
