Beautiful property in a perfect place for vacation. Apartment was very nice, equipped and clean. The villa is just on Podrače Beach and 5min walk from Punta Rata beach. All recommendation for this accomodation.

Everything was perfect!

The apartment is new and modern, nicely decorated with a wonderful view from the balcony, just on the small and calm beach.There is a nice pedestrian path to walk by the sea. It was the best apartment we had in Croatia and the perfect place for a short stay.

The apartment was nice and well equipped. The location in very good. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Location is perfect, right above Podrače beach, in a quiet area but not far from town. Parking in front of the building. Apartmen was very nice, equipped and clean. Balcony and view is incredibly good. It's perfect place for vacations. All recommendations.

Kitchen is bit small and internet was not working very well. But those are irrelevant things, because everything else was excellent.

The location is perfect, literally just on Podrače Beach, in many people's opinion the best beach in Brela. The host Kruno is really welcoming and kind. He gave us a great welcome tour of the place and even left us Croatian wine. He brought us beach towels when he didn't even have to! This was something we weren't expecting but really appreciated - the apartment is cleaned everyday, with bath towels changed daily and bed made! The kitchen is well stocked, and the balcony overlooking the water is the perfect place to enjoy your own cooking. The kitchen is also somewhat partitioned from the main bedroom area so you can get some alone time there.

There is a strong sulfurous, ocean-y smell coming from the bathroom, but I think this is an unavoidable part of living on the beach.

Apartment was very nice and comfy, location was good on the beach Podrace and very near of the beach Punta rata, like 4 minutes of walking. Staff was great especially cleaning lady. You have a parking and air condition.

Balcony was too small and on the very bad position, almost on the stairs, so you don't have any privacy.

It had superb location. The host was very friendly and helpful, he even helped us with the luggage and gave us great tips on which beaches to visit. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Great location, close to the best beach in the area (Podrace - in my opinion). There is everything nearby what you might need, restaurants small grocery store. Quiet area, but not far from the town, a couple hundred meters on the promenade along the see. The apartment was clean well equipped, we have had everything what we needed for a perfect holiday. Podrace Beach is my favourite because it is a quite bay, the water is calm most of the time, you can do some nice snorkeling or swimming or just tanning on the pebbles, which are comfortable so 100% recommended.
