Lokace v centru města. Prostorný a funkční byt. Informace jak se dostat do bytu byly poskytnuty přes mail.

Pouze drobnosti. Při příchodu na chodbě domu nebylo funkční světlo (přijeli jsme večer s třemi malými dětmi). Záchod by mohl více splachovat a prkénko se hýbe.

There was coffee and tea available. Good value for money. In the center. Basic but clean.

Double bed was a bit narrow. Showering is challenge, water is hot for 20s, the cold and the hot and so on. "Parking available" means find yourself nearest public car park (which is not that close). Can be noisy if windows are open in the night.

The location and space were absolutely fantastic. Even though it's in the middle of the center, there wasn't too much noise with the windows closed.

There could be a bit more cutlery/ plates and so on cause with our whole family it was a bit too little and also pan sizes were very small

The location was excellent.

They said there was WIFI but it did not work. After we contacted the host, they tested the line with the provider and they confirmed that there was WIFI but in fact, it was not working. It would not work on any of our devices. We tried to reset the router and everything. It was quite frustrating.

Pros: + Location is in the center + Cheap for the location + The bed was cozy + Especially loved that tablecloth, reminded me of my grandma

Cons: - There were some bugs or roaches at night - Spiderwebs around the corners - There was a persistent foul smell that wouldn't go away and in the bathroom there was a strong smell of sewage - No elevator and very tight stairs, you could barely fit any luggage there - The WiFi was clunky and would drop on you during work meetings, had to use roaming - Couldn't regulate water temperature and the water pressure was lacking in the shower - Pretty loud during the day

Location is very good, apartment clean, spacious and well equipped.

No response/delayed response fron the owner to the booking.com messages/sms, no reply to the phone call.

The house is in the center of Nuremberg in a strategic point.

Unfortunately as soon as you enter the house there is a bad smell, booking for 3 and the third bed was not ready and we had to prepare it ourselves (sofa bed). Spacious bathroom with window but with almost detached and dangerous ceiling light. In the living room one of the two chandeliers had burned out bulbs and therefore a part of the living room could not be illuminated. Insufficient kitchen utensils, coffee cups were missing. Near the windows are evident patches of mold.

Very good location, with pay parking very close. Large flat, convenient with everything needed.

No light in the kitchen (bulb broken ?) nor at one of the lamps at parents' bed. When we opened the door to leave, there were 2 ladies waiting at the door to clean, and it was not yet 11AM. They understood very little german.

Location, location, location!! A nice apartment in the center of town. Clean, functional, comfortable beds and decent shower, kitchen and utensils helpful, microwave, coffee maker, iron. Super convenient for visiting the Christmas market and city museums. Steps away from shopping and food. An Aldi is 6 minutes away for groceries. Can walk to train station in 12 minutes. If coming from airport, get off at metro (Opera) and walk about 8-10 minutes.

NOTE: lots of steps if you are carrying heavy luggage. (APT in 2nd building) Decor could use upgrading.

good location, clean apartment, coffee and tea in apartment, more spacious than a hotel room, lots of breakfast options nearby

sewer gas smell and mold in bathroom, half of the lightbulbs were defective, lack of heating in stairwell causes cold walls, hence mold growth

positioning to the city center

Few electrical cooking item was not working, shower cabin not working, entrance door not closing tight, cold air comming inside and noises, generally noise buiding,neighboring noisy apartments, owners/administrators not answering to calls and messages we have sent to them, the appartment we saw was changed , it can be seen into the messages regarding acces into the property, just to earn some cash from us, we was generally dissapointed.

Clean, good location, good facilities, has everything that you need.

The house was very cold at first. We were 4 people and the second bed was not prepared.

The location is indeed perfect - all the main sightseeing places are nearby, including LEGO store 🙂. There was enough space for 2 adults and two our kids. No special check-in/check-out, just get the key from the safe, leave the key back there on departure.

Would be good to have wifi network and password written somewhere on a visible place, otherwise nothing to specially complain about for a listed price.
