Very clean and spacious room, with small kitchen and fridge. Very close to the centre.

Bathroom is across the hall and a bit small. Also there are quite a few stairs to get to the appartment.

It was roomy. Lots of Storage space, could sleep 4 persons.

Few amenities, no coffee or tea provided, no microwave, TV. A long, steep staircase up to the property. Had to request clean towels after 4th day.

Fantastic location - loved being able to see the cemetery above the village and hear the clock tower bells and waves at night! Reviewers who have complained about steps may not be familiar with Vernazza, where EVERYplace has lots of steps. These (only 63 total from standing on the beach to standing at the front door) were no worse than anywhere else, and much more scenic than interior stairs. Hosts were great with communication: clear instructions, easy code box for access, and great explanations once inside. Apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly located - we hope to return!

Only the location. Great town for hiking and the apartment was quiet at night.

The bed is terrible, squeezing every time you move an inch. The bathroom is covered in mold between all the tiles. It smelled like mold, but they know about it, which is why there is a sign asking to leave the bathroom fan on after a shower. It seems that cleaning the mold between stays is not a priority though. We had exactly one cutting knife, one kitchen towel (no paper towels either) no microwave, and there is only one burner in the kitchen, so cooking a decent meal proves challenging. Would not recommend unless the location is all that matters to you. FYI, the steps to get here are almost a ladder. That didn't bother us but I could see people with knee problems or heavy luggage having a difficult time staying here.

Location and communication - they sent all the institutions via WhatsApp of how to find a place and check in.

Cleanliness - not clean (trash bins weren’t all emptied, not all towels were changed and the sheets smelled a bit; in general there was a smell in the apartment and hallway). The bathroom is not en-suite (the site doesn’t mention that), so you have to go out of the room. Also, their booking.com site says check in is from 10:00am, we arrived at 12:00 (asked if that’s okay, they said yes), and the apartment wasn’t ready, which wasn’t a problem, but they didn’t fully clean after we left our bags. For the price they charge, this was not a good experience.

Spacious mini apartment. Great shower, facilities, washing machine was great coz we could wash our towels after the beach ⛱️ Not that the instructions were great on how to get to the place ! Keep in mind that the stairs to take are in piazza marconi!

The steps up the apartment are challenging with a 20 kg suitcase. BUT we got used to them.

The location is excellent, really close to the beach and restaurants. The stairs going up to property are steep so I would advise caution while on them. I would also advise a rucksack/backpack rather than a suitcase for convenience. The property has a fridge and a little induction cooker. It has two really good fans for keeping the rooms cool. Plenty of cups, glasses and cutlery. If you climb the stairs beyond the property and turn left there is a lovely area to sit looking out across the bay and have your breakfast.

There are no doors on the bedrooms which is more important depending on who you are travelling with.

The location was perfect - close to everything but still very peaceful. The apartment was clean, well maintained and well equipped. The size of the apartment for a family of four was decent. We would definitely stay here again.

We realized that the apartment had a shared entrance with another apartment only when house keeping entered the front door on the first morning of our stay. I wouldn't say it was unpleasant, but maybe a bit of a surprise.

A modern but still cozy apartment close to Vernazza harbour. Very friendly and helpful host.

You need strong legs - but the great location is worth it. The bar nearby is a bit noisy. Bring earplugs!

This place exceeded all the expectations. Such a spacious light newly renovated apartment in a heart of such a small crowded old town - perfect! We found everything - washing machine with detergent, dishwasher, and all the small details one could wish for including area tour manual. Everything was so clean and evidently done with love. All the artwork so nice! Considering that the area is a touristy place - price for such an apartment was exceptionally good as well.

Great central location. Comfortable bed and the apartment was tastefully appointed. Clean, tidy and airy. Plenty of natural light and a nice breeze. Mini fridge with sink and all the kitchen essentials to make a light breakfast or quick lunch. Bins for recycling, trash and compost. The host was quick to respond to questions.

Bathroom was in a separate room and needed to be locked and unlocked to access. No view of the sea. Check out was non negotiable at 10 am sharp.
