Chalet de style ranch très propre, complètement hiverné, au niveau du lac sans marches. Conduisez jusqu'au chalet sur une route pavée, bien entretenue par la ville. Garez-vous juste à côté du chalet. L'hiver n'est pas un problème, la ville laboure tôt et fréquemment si besoin. Sur le côté ouest du lac Cayuga avec des levers de soleil spectaculaires si vous êtes un lève-tôt.
Situé à mi-hauteur du lac sur le côté ouest, à 18 miles au nord d'Ithaca. 4 chambres, 1 avec un lit queen, 2 avec lits doubles et 1 avec 2 lits simples. Lampes de lecture près de tous les lits. Maximum 8 personnes sauf accord préalable des propriétaires. Grande cuisine mise à jour bien équipée, grande salle à manger donnant sur le lac, grande cheminée en pierre dans le salon, belles cours, véranda avec chaises et table pour manger, barbecue à gaz, gazebo historique à côté du lac avec 2 balançoires, ainsi qu'un grand quai avec une belle plage pour se baigner. We had five adults stay for the weekend and the place was perfect. The house was on the water and was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Centrally located between Seneca and Cayuga lakes and some of our favorite places to go! Having our morning coffee watching the sunrise from the bench at the boathouse was one of our favorite things.

I highly recommend renting this house. We had a great experience. The hosts were quick to get back to me when I was booking the house. Once we arrived, they were very helpful with directing us to the boat launch and near by wineries.
The house was clean and well stocked.

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage on Cayuga lake. It was a perfect place for my family to get together for our extended weekend. The pictures online don’t do it justice. It was so clean, well maintained and much bigger than it looks. We all appreciated the closeness of the lakefront whether it was enjoying the views from the boathouse swings, fishing off the docks or swimming in the shallows. Lots of windows inside to see the view as well. Maxine and Paul were great hosts and very helpful and accessible with any questions that we had.

Wonderful!!
The owners were kind and responsive! I spoke with Maxine many times during our stay, and she is wonderful! The cottage is perfect, the location breathtaking, and it’s close to both Taughanack and Watkins Glenn state parks. We will be back!! Thank you!

I can't imagine having a better experience. The house was in a beautiful location on Cayuga Lake, near many wineries and waterfalls. It was well stocked for those electing to eat there with a nice grocery store nearby or also close to restaurants for those not interested in cooking. The owners were super friendly and helpful. This place was perfect.
This property was wonderful for our extended weekend. We came to the Ithaca area for our daughter's college graduation and to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. The house was truly perfect and exactly as described, with all the amenities of home. Everyone loved being on the lake and the kayaking was magnificent. We were sad to leave because now we really understand why everyone says, "Ithaca is Gorges!" And this place is the perfect space to enjoy it all. Thanks to Maxine and Paul!

Family of four, stayed at the property in the beginning of July. The property was excellent. Smaller cottage, on a large estate, with owners living next door. You have access to lakefront, two great docks and the floating dock. The hosts had kayaks, and paddle boards, for the guest s to use. There's also a place to have a campfire if you choose to. The house was spotless. The biggest advantage to this place was private lakefront access steps outside your door. Would definitely come and stay again.

Maxine and Paul were absolutely amazing from start to finish; from the moment we inquired to the moment we departed (and left behind some sandles), they were extremely accommodating, approachable and friendly to match.

Already planning to come back!
Our stay could not have been better! The house was spotless upon arrival. Maxine and Paul greeted us the minute we pulled up and made us feel right at home. The waterfront and lake access is phenomenal and was perfect for our 7 year old son! We cannot wait to return and make more memories here.

Relaxing and wonderful
Our family enjoyed the easy access to swimming and the sound of the waves just outside our door. The cottage had all we needed and plenty of space for everyone to have privacy. The furnishings were comfortable and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thanks Maxine and Paul for being great hosts.

Very close to the water
The house was perfect for the 6 people we had. There was an extra bedroom that we never used. Very close to the lake. Nice gazebo with swings and picnic tables Dock was very nice for swimming and fishing. Lake is beautiful. Gradual walk out bottom. Neighbors/owners are very nice and helpful and are right next door. Not very private if that's what u are looking for but a great family vacation place. Thanks Paul and Maxine !

Beautiful lakeside property
The house isn’t fancy, but very clean and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 5 and two dogs. We especially appreciated the updated kitchen and dining area overlooking the lake. The property location was ideal. It was close enough to Ithaca so we could attend our daughter’s graduation with relative ease, and right in the heart of the Cayuga Wine Trail. And did I mention the lake? It was too early in the season to swim, but we spent most of our time at the house lounging outdoors and enjoying the peaceful beauty of Lake Cayuga. Maxine and Paul were perfect hosts - Very friendly and accommodating. We feel truly blessed to have found this property.

Great Getaway!
My girlfriends and I loved this house for our fall getaway! This house was perfect for us, it is close to many wineries, breweries, and distilleries. While we had some chilly weather the lake front location was so peaceful, the home has such amazing views perfect for viewing sunrises and sunsets. The house was clean, well maintained, and just right for the 6 of us. Paul and Maxine are so incredibly friendly, and quick to respond when we had any troubles or questions. We are already considering this cottage for another trip!

Beautiful setting! Happy Memories!
Very close to Ithaca College and in wine country, my daughter and friends selected this house for a birthday week on the lake. It was perfect. Dock fishing, singing around the campfire, and cookouts were just what this happy group of millennials wanted. Gracious hosts the Flaggs addressed all pre check in questions quickly and were available during the week too. It's a beautiful spot to rest and relax yet close to other activities. Thankful for a happy week. Hope to be back sometime!

Wonderful, welcoming, and convenient
Up for a college graduation weekend, this was a great way to have multiple generations of family staying together. We were sad our time in the cottage and being lakeside was so limited, but were so glad to have a welcoming and relaxing place we could all spend time together. Paul and Maxine were understanding of all our comings and goings and checked in on us to make sure we were set for the weekend. The cottage was extremely clean and orderly as well. Location was great as we could visit a vineyard and gorges and it was a straight shot down to Ithaca. Thanks so much for having us!

Summer Vacation Stay
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean (inside) and roomy. The lake was gorgeous! We swam or kayaked every evening. The owners next door were friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was with the air conditioning. The description said that there is a one room air conditioner but nothing else is needed. We found this to be false. The house became very warm on several days and we stayed in mid June. I would be hesitant to stay here in mid summer with warmer temperatures.

Great place for young and old!
My husband and I with are 3 children and their families had a wonderful time! The access to the lake was perfect for little ones. Great grandmother was even able to visit and have access to the lake to watch the children play. There was a nice yard for yard games. We spent lots of time outside enjoying the lake!! The cottage was clean and well maintained. Maxine and Paul were very gracious. We all loved it!!

Great house & Great owners
My husband and I stayed at the house with our 2 dogs for a week for our anniversary trip. The house has everything you need and kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean and was exactly as promised. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating. They are located next door and very friendly if you need anything. The house is lake front tucked off a very quiet road and the views are stunning. The location is very close to hiking, dining, and wineries. We cant wait to come back. I would highly recommend to anyone planning a week or weekend stay.

New tradition: Thanksgiving at this great cottage
We have had our last 2 thanksgiving vacations here and it has been great. Great cottage, great views and great fireplace. Maxine and Paul are also great. We can't wait till next Thanksgiving. Sign us up please.

Wonderful Little House
This is a wonderful little house! Very clean and has everything you need for a week away from home. The area is very quite and we so enjoyed our time away from our busy life. A little piece of heaven!! We will be back some day!

Perfect Mini-Moon
Where do I begin! This was the perfect location for a two night mini-moon after a busy wedding weekend in Maine. We had our two dogs with us so we needed a pet friendly home and wanted to be on a part of the lake that was a little less built up. The owners were amazing! Not only did they stay up and wait for us to arrive after 10pm but they supplied us with EVERYTHING we needed and LOVED the dogs even our young puppy who barked every time he saw them (with his tail-wagging of course)
The house was adorable, could comfortably with 2-3 couples. Clean, updated kitchen and bath, laundry and tv with cable if you needed it. Also wifi. Surrounding area had great little towns with hidden gem restaurants and it was close to all of the wineries on that lake and only a 15min drive to the larger seneca lake.
Did i mention the VIEWS!! Amazing, great dock and boat house to relax at, a beach area that was mostly small pebbles but the water was clear and clean.
Worth the stay, great people, and a great location!
