The property was clean and the location so close to everything!

Being provided with a kettle would have been nice, but we managed just fine with the microwave.

The apartment is in the heart of Malaga. It's very close to the alcazaba , picasso museum and 10 mintutes walk to the sea. It's well modern renovated., the beds are very confortable. Very nice place.

The apartment was superb! Spacious with French balcony’s.

It was annoying that we had to pick up the keys located about 10 min walk from there. We didn’t know it before we arrived. So it took us quite some time to figure out how to get in.

Not the best view from the room, and the balcony was very small. it a big problem as we didn’t spend that much time in our room, and the apartment had big doors to the balcony.

Unfortunately the keys need to be collected and check in a distance from the actual apartments and as the confirmation email got to me late I did not see this and went first to the location and had to walk accross town to the collect keys - the information was in the email but down inthe information, it was part my oversight as it was a last minute booking but good to know for anyone else! Go get your keys from accross town first!

Clenliness not greaat, sticky glasses, marks on walls etc and one bathroom had a verrrrry bad drain smell, unuseable. No wifi and when tried to log in had a message to say not correct details and code was wrong in the other option. TV not working as runs off wifi We did not register this at the time as only stayed one night for a function inthe city so it did not really affect us, but if we were staying longer it would need to be put right which means calling accross town so no one on site to fix things I assume? On the plus side the view from the upper bedroom - we had the loft, was stunning! great views of the castle iluminated at night. The overall apartment was very nicely furnished and had kitchen ironing board etc, just needs a bit of a refresh, and a deep clean! The location is ideal, quiet yet just around the corner from every thing. We would stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist when we went to the other location to pick up the keys. Good location Very clean

The only problem was that we had to go to a separate location to pick up the keys and then walk back to the apartment which was approximately 750 meters away. I don't mind walking but after a flight and when you have luggage to carry, it would be better to have accommodation where you could collect the keys in the same location.

Easy hand over at desk. Prime location, though very quiet. Short walk to lots of sites.

Pickup keys location was about 10 minutes from actual property. Only 1 wine glass, 3 water glasses in an apartment for 4 people. No dishwasher. It said in the instructions to not leave trash in the apartment, but no instructions on what to do with the trash. We had to lug it around the city looking for trash cans.

Collecting the keys from a further distance ( had to take 2 taxis) location was not good. To then be asked to pay again as they made a mistake but then said don't worry at the desk by the woman was a concern. The collection of keys, they were not correct and I asked her prior if they were, she told me yes. To then find 3 other adults enter our apartment after we arrived was a shock to everyone. The lady at the desk gave us the same keys. But I was left with no key to the other apartment so she messed up another persons booking and check in also delaying time and experience also. This was highly concerning, unprofessional and actually upsetting. We had to wait for someone to get us our correct key and when we got inside it was smaller, dirty and no view. The check out was also rushed as someone came to clean the apartment 30 mins before we were to leave. Again, privacy and safety issues. I am beyond upset about the whole experience to be honest. I would like a manager to contact me about refund.

Central location was excellent once we found it! It is tucked away in a side street opposite the Alcabazar. There was an excellent pastry shop around the corner for breakfast.

No kettle only a coffee machine, we Brits need hot water for making tea, we resorted to heating water in the microwave!

There wasn’t enough enough hot water for all 3 of us to have a shower. There wasn’t a full length mirror, this would be a great addition.

Nice, clean room with basic amenities. Location was excellent! Easy to get there from the airport and close to some sights and lots of restaurants and bars but still quiet.

Keys are picked up from a different place. Perhaps would be good to remind the customer about this for example on previous day.

The location was amazing and the apartment was decorated exceptionally well, really comfy beds.

Unfortunately the shampoo dispenser was not full and the body wash was empty........then fell of the shower wall, a small think but when you are travelling with cabin luggage and are expecting toiletries it is annoying! Also there was hair in the kitchen sink. Shower drain was also loose.

The apartment was the perfect size, much bigger than expected. Having the terrace upstairs was exactly what we were looking for and had a beautiful view of the Alcazaba. Perfect location!

super noisy neighbors that woke us up early and didn’t have any concern for anyone but themselves, very smelly bathroom - like a sewer backing up - and inflexible staff who wouldn’t let us check out even a half hour late.

Location of the property. Right next to all the attractions in the city centre.

For some reason there was a really bad smell (probably from the drainage) in the whole apartment. Didn’t get the best possible view from the apartment. The hot water supply is limited and it’s a pain as you have to wait for the thermos to heat up again.
