Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla, ja hotelli oli kaikin puolin siisti. Ainoa valonpilkahdus hotellin henkilökunnassa oli omeletin paistajanaiset.

Henkilökunta oli käytökseltään tylyä, eikä huomioinut hotellin asiakkaita. Allaspyyhkeitä ei ollut ja hotelli myi pyyhkeitä 15 euron hintaan. Ruoka oli yksipuolista, ja päivästä toiseen samaa.

I will like everything except the staff at the front desk who cheat people out of money.

Good afternoon. Everything was absolutely delightful. Great food, great location of the hotel. Very nice hotel. Everything was super:) Except for one point - the reception staff wanted to dunk us on the first day. We had booked a room in advance. Upon arrival your staff took us to a room that does not correspond at all to the photos on the bookings. Oh, and with two different beds for a couple. It was horrible! When I asked where was the room we had booked, I was immediately told, give me 150 euros. Then we will move. I then had to go to the manager next to the reception and she immediately said something to them, after which they quickly handed over the keys to our room normal! If it wasn't for the past incident, I might have given it a 10/10, but as it is, sorry.

Great location. Right on the beach and didn’t have to take a cab the whole trip. Recently renovated so room was lovely and had a good view of the pool. Food was quite good on some days. Didn’t eat out much as we didn’t need to.

Some staff members were rude. Asked for toilet roll late at night at reception as the cleaner didn’t give any new products. He seemed not too helpful but got it in the end. Hotel cleaning wasn’t great. They just about re tucked in the sheets and changed towels. Didn’t give us new toilet roll or didn’t sweep or clean anything which was disappointing.

in the first room the aircon did not work and there wereno curtains on the window. After a lot of discussions with the staff I got a new room. But only the day after and after demanding to talk to the manager In general an ok hotel with very bad staff

location was good close to beach and attractions and price was very reasonable

staff was rude and for a small child there was not much to eat.

The food was very tasty providing a big variety. Plenty of food, alway enough for every one. Lovely activities provided by the hotel. Very close to all activities in the city - night life, beach, cable to the top of the hill.

Pool was a bit small, limited drinks til hour 23, staff was not happy when we wanted to use the last 15 minutes to get the drinks. The pool man sounded quite high as a kite.

the pool is very short in hieght food everyday is the same staff barely talked english our room had dust under the bed and closet when we checked in the shower is broken you can only use the hose bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on it was hard as a rock
