Camas muy comodas, limpio y muy buena ubicacion
Esta un poco anticuado pero mirando la comodidad y confort muy bien

La ubicación y comodidad de las camas.
El desayuno buffet, que era muy escaso y los productos malos, encima cuando tuve que pedir ayuda al personal de recepción porque en el comedor no había nadie, parece que les molestó tener que ir a la cocina a buscar ayuda.

The room had a musty smell on day one which we put down to humidity. We slept with the window open which seemed to help a little.
After a full day out on day two, we returned to a foul, disgusting smell throughout the whole room. On notifying reception, all they did was spray air freshener which really did not work at all.
On sending a complaint, the hotel refused a refund saying they did everything in their power.
Appalling customer service and an unpleasant stay.

We are two cyclists on a ride from Cadiz to San Sebastian. Our needs are simple we seek a clean bed and a hot shower – the hotel provided both
Reception was welcoming and helpful - the hotel is in need of refurbishment - it works well at this price point and is away from the old town center

Unfortunately, I was sick, trying to recover from a bad cough, so mostly stayed in my room, except to take a short walk for some fresh air. However, all the staff were very kind and helpful. I requested a large pot of hot water, a cup and spoon so that I could make broth, using concentrated packets I got at the local shop, ,and they provided these as soon as I asked. I truly appreciated their support

Most affordable choice during summer but hotel stars are misleading. Need urgent renovation in room and common spaces. Cigarette smell in the room. Staff was nice. Good location but not in city centre which is at 15 minutes fast walk.

Its a perfectly fine place- but it's away from stuff and there is only one place to eat close by. Overall nice. Nothing fancy.
No seatings for breakfast,- that is too confusing. Just come as the tables open.

The location of the hotel near the Camino de Santiago route and a comfortable walk from the train station were important factors when making the reservation. We found good value for money, a clean and comfortable room and excellent customer care from the staff.
Nothing springs to mind; the staff were very good in making us feel welcome and in assisting us with shipping our baggage to our first rest point on the Camino.

The reception person was very hospitalable. The rooms were great and very clean. I loved the view we had.
Nothing except bigger elevators and better ac in the rooms. It was a tad hot at night.
