Camerele sunt spatioase, frumoase, baia cu cada. Locatia superba. In piata mica, camere cu vedere superba in ambele piete.

Salteaua era stricata, o parte mai moale una mai tare.

Vorbim de camera, care presupun ca a fost a personalului de intretinere si ne-a fost atribuita la ora tarzie din noapte la care am ajuns si neexistand receptie permanenta, nu am putut sa o refuzam. Pozele sunt graitoare si arata starea in care se afla camera. Patul extrem de slab, de metal, cu saltea groaznica, iar daca va doriti sa dormiti cu usa WC-ului in nas, va invit sa cereti camera 112 pentru o experienta inedita. Suplimentar, este singura locatie, in ani de calatorie in care am gasit in camere prelungitoare si tot felul adaptari. Mai mult, camera are un asa zis pod cu acces pe scara fara balustrada, deci 0 siguranta. Asta in situatia in care la sectiunea ocupanti scrie clar: 2 adulti si copil de 4 ani.

The location is in the historic center, it couldn't be better! The view you have is gorgeous, it takes your mind somewhere in the 14th century. The hotel is clean, you have everything strictly necessary. The lady at the reception is very nice, very easy to check in/check out. The hotel is a boutique with old architecture from the 14th century, very well restored and maintained.

Great staff, very friendly and absolutely fantastic location. Room was very large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Bed was big and comfortable although pillows were a bit tough.

Room was poorly appointed and bathroom was very basic, not at all like the pictures.

The location, the concept, the view, the size of the room. Cleanliness. The coffee. I also asked for extra bedding for my son and I got it.

The access. You have to guess or call to figure out where to go. We were with a small child and there were quite a few flights of small, narrow wooden steps to go up. The breakfast process - selection, space, seats, glasses and plates were limited. The bathroom furniture could be changed. Also the bathroom window faces the windows of a building close by, I think from opposite they could actually see inside. There is practically nobody around after 8 PM. I texted them around 10 PM to get the wifi password for my son's tablet, wrote on Booking, whatsapp and Facebook and never got a reply.
