location, friendly stuff and amazing apartman

Very central location, balcony, okay mattress, shadow parking, air-conditioned, rather clean

At arrival, there was no one to open the door (random man called the owner then). No English. Owner kept pushing to pay for parking (€10/day). Shower gets ice cold after roughly 10 min (boiler runs out). There are no washing facilities at the location, you're expected to pay €5/machine. Basic amenities are absent (not enough toilet paper, no kitchen towel). Windows couldn't close due to broken locks. We had no room cleaning for full duration of 4 days. No breakfast. Overall: bad communication lead to uncertanties about expectations.

I stayed in this unit in 2019 and 2020, I enjoyed both stays, unfortunately things have changed a lot in recent years. the location is excellent but the services are very bad

be very careful with the extra services because you can wake up with 30% more asking prices for parking, which was not requested in previous years. due to the lack of customers, they are trying to round off their income. the lack of cleanliness in the 3 days, a towel was not changed, at least the household garbage was not thrown away, not to mention other cleaning services. I will definitely not stay at this property again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

No kitchen utensils, no pot, no frying pan. Looks like the appartment management did all so guests would not using kitchen. Also not enough power points.

The stay was away above and beyond our expectations. Apartment house is located in the city centar of Budva, but peaceful and silent area - literally 5 mins walking distance away from everything you need: beach, restaurants (Hemingway), old town, markets… probably the best location in Budva town. Its semi big, sparkling clean, four floors apartment house (approximately 15 well equipped but sparkling clean apartments) hosting guests for 3 decades by amazing local family and their amazing, friendly stuff giving their best to make you feel home and have local experience. Although we planned to stay for a night we extended our holiday so we can return and spend extra five days in that place. All the recommendations!!!

Exactly nothing.

Great location, quick walk to the beach, restaurants and old town! Building was clean and apartment was well stocked! The private parking is also a bonus!

The terrace was nice, sufficient living room space, but none of the things we liked are enough to ever come back or recommend this place to someone.

Let's start with the fact that the lady at the reception spoke zero English and when we attempted to find out whether maybe she spoke other languages, she rudely said something to the effect of "Come Montenegro, you speak Montenegro!" That was one of the few times we actually saw anyone at the reception during our 4 day stay. The apartment was badly cleaned, especially the bathroom where the dust on the vent was as thick as 1 cm (the picture shows it cleaned already by me)! The bathroom door would not close which is a real problem when there are 4 guests in one apartment. We ended up sticking a towel between the door and the frame to just keep it closed while using the bathroom. The shower would quickly fill up due to poor draining and in 5 minutes the floors of the bathroom would be completely swamped. The terrace door took real physical effort to close, one bed lamp was missing the bulb, and the wardrobe door was stuck too. All the above would not have granted a two out of ten rating, however. What topped it it all was an extra charge on my card, amounting to 174 eur, that appeared out of nowhere. When, during our last night stay I confronted the "online reception" through Whatsapp, the person on the other end adopted a very rude position that it was me who made a mistake and that they "could not see anything" on their end. The second day, after I filed a chargeback with my bank, they did respond saying that their bank returned the money back. The hotel never apologized!

Perfect quiet location, but in the center and a few meters from Everything!
