Location
Paper thin walls. Could hear my neighbor snoring. Guy was doing body work on his car in parking lot - installing new fender.

The location was great.
The first room looked as if it was still undergoing renovations. The sundries were dirty, there was a spider in the bathtub, and the room was infested with roaches. The second room was cleaner and bug free, but the entire area reeked of marijuana and the atmosphere was a little too sketchy with all the quick visitors to the rooms. For over $100/night (including taxes, but not including the $50 deposit), I expected an entirely different experience. I do not recommend and will not return.

I made my reservation there twice and both times When I got there they had no rooms So both times.
I had to find somewhere elso to stay. This is the most and organized unprofessional group of people I've ever met and I will never try to stay at this hotel again. I thought when you made a reservation as it says on line you are guaranteed the room Well you're not I had to find a different place both times Days in Boiling Springs South Carolina well they were amazing they worked with me and accommodating me in every way. I would not recommend Suburdan Extended stay to anyone. How ever i would recommend Day inn just ask for Sherry she is nicest. Thank you

That after booking the room they couldn't find my reservation supposedly. So after standing in the cold for about 45 min they were gonna just book me through the hotel itself. But then at the last minute she told he she couldn't book me cause someone had booked the room right on top of me
