Mises à jour abondent dans ce condo d'une chambre est situé dans les étapes Waterfronts II Condos de la plage, piscine, Jet et le centre-ville de Port Clinton. Ce condo est 1 BR, 1 BA est entièrement meublé - tout à partir de draps 100% coton, draps et serviettes - à un mélangeur et un grille-pain! Ce condo a été entièrement mis à jour! Et comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre séjour. Draps, oreillers, couvertures, etc.
Il y a un lit queen size dans le maître, et un lit de repos avec lit gigogne qui se combine pour faire une reine. Il y a aussi un matelas / lit pliant supplémentaire.
Lorsque vous sortez par la porte arrière, à quelques pas (littéralement), vous êtes au bord de la piscine ou sur la plage de sable privée. Photos montrent vue du condo. Très bien situé - juste en face du pont à distance de marche du Jet Express, M. Eds et centre P. C restaurants et bars. En outre, excellent emplacement pour ceux qui visitent / travaillent à Davis-Besse, à la Garde côtière ou au Camp Perry.

Property was comfy and as described. Beach and pool area for condo buildings was nice and well kept. Day bed was very squeaky, but I think it's a simple fix if the frame was tightened and lubed. Wi-fi was a bit spotty.

Traveling for work, I get to enjoy a lot of spectacular places, and this was one of those places. The condo was steps away from the Lake with a 360 view. Mary was a gracious host who was very responsive. The condo was as described, and the proximity to the Jet Express and other restaurants and sites was accurate. It's a very nice small town with several options for dining. Thank you for sharing your home so we could experience everything Lake Erie has to offer in Ohio! As a side note, the weather on Lake Erie is unpredictable, so stay weather aware :)

The condo is just as described and very comfortable. Well-stocked with amenities and extras, anticipating the needs of guests. Mary is easy to reach and readily communicates with her guests, especially if there is a problem to be remedied. She is quick to get it resolved. The view from this condo was spectacular, with 180 degree view of the lake. The condo is tucked into a quiet corner. Beach and pool/hot tub area is clean and a great place to relax. Would recommend a stay here to anyone.

Nice get away
It was unfortunatly pretty cold when we stayed in June. Didn't get much use of the pool or beach which were very nice. Little disappointed with things to do close by.

It started good till we paid the deposit, than we found out we had to clean the place before we left. Owner said we had leave it how we found it, which we clean but she told us we had to not only pick up towels and sheets but we had to wash, dry, fold, and put away all linens and ect. We got there late, and tired and yet we had to make up the bed before we could use it. She wanted the dishes washed and put away, yet the front windows looked like they had not been cleaned in years.
They had nice floor & table lamps yet a few dollars spend on silverware would have gone a long way. Not enought for two yet she rents up to six people. The window a/c unit was very loud. I would not stay again infact we left a day early.

Very well kept property complex. Seems to have a mix of owner occupied and owner rental. Walking distance to Jet-express. Close to many restaurants and the Portage river. I enjoyed all the lake sounds, waves, seagulls, boat horns, and watching the bridge go up and down while walking. It was a nice summer escape for my husband and I . We are in our late 60’s.

Peaceful and quiet Condo on the Lake!
We had a great stay in Waterfronts condos. The unit was very nice and clean and had all the amenities of home. It was close to everything. We walked to Jet Express for trips to Put and Bay and could walk to restaurants and bars! We will definitely stay again!

Waterfront condominiums
I loved being by the water and hearing the Seagulls. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit. The town is adorable and I loved the little lighthouse. The condo had a view of the lake which was beautiful. The view was a little obstructed by the pool, but I imagine in summer it would be nice to easily see if the pool is crowded or not when considering a swim. The owner was nice when there was a concern with the heat in the unit, but did show up unannounced to look in the condo. The drawbridge right next to the condos does sound a horn every time it has to raise, day or night. If you consider it part of the “Sounds of the Sea”, then you’ll be OK. If you are a light sleeper, this may be a bit disturbing. Overall it was a nice stay, and a clean well decorated and comfortable condo.

Our family of 4 including two small children or 3 and under loved this location for our week long vacation in July. The pool was great as was the small private beach. The condo was spacious enough and had nice kitchen.
Also when we accidentally locked ourselves out Mary the owner drove over immediately to let us in.

Perfect location for everything!
Our condo was very much to our liking - many updates and all amenities needed to prepare meals at home. Perfect location to the pool and great view of the lake. If I could give it a 4.5 stars, I would - the only thing 'lacking' was decent towels for daily use. We brought our own beach towels but understood there to be bath towels to use; there were, but they were very skimpy. I certainly understand the challenge of towels walking off with renters, but for such a well stocked condo and well maintained, this didn't seem to fall in line. It certainly didn't impact our stay; it is just something to note. And not the fault of the condo owner, the bridge to Port Clinton was under repairs and each time we wanted to go east, we needed to go about 10 minutes our of our way to get where we were going. Again, not the fault of the condo owner, but would have made our stay just a bit nicer. (Not to mention the jackhammering that started about 8 am each weekday morning.) Overall, would highly recommend staying in this unit, or any of the units managed by this owner.

Great first floor condo!
We stayed with our 2 year old in the first floor condo. It was perfect for our needs of convenience to the pool and beach area. The condo had all of the supplies we needed and was very spacious. We loved that we could sit outside and enjoy the view while our son napped. The condo was clean and the owner was very easy to reach and communicate with. She answered all of my questions promptly and everything was ready to go upon arrival. The pool was great and clean. My son especially liked the fountains in the pool. The location is within steps of the jet express that takes you to put in bay, which I would reccomend doing! There are also grills outside of the condo area and a large grassy area to play in. Stay here if you want convenience and a clean place!

Nicely decorated, clean unit.
Convenient location close to restaurants. The pool was closed for the season and weather cool so we didn't get to enjoy sitting by the water.

Place to Sleep
The condo location and pool offering were as described. The property was tidy, yet dated. Lacked an outdoor balcony to enjoy view.
We found our towels damp and mildewy from the previous renters (did not especially want to wash & dry upon arrival). We informed the landlord of the occurrence, and she wanted to know what we "wanted her to do". (We thought she would be appreciative of this information - I was YEARS in customer service - but she didn't seem to want to be bothered.)
My husband and I felt that the cost of the condo was quite pricey with the expectation that we renters wash ALL of the linens and bedclothing as well as clean bath, kitchen & living areas for the next guests. (We noticed it was difficult to get everything washed and totally dried before the noon checkout.) The price should include that service.
It was a place to sleep.

Lovely condo with great views of the lake
This is a very lovely clean condo in a beautiful complex with great lake views. The condo is updated and well equipped with everything that you need in a "home away from home". We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and hot tub every day. Great location close to downtown Port Clinton and within walking distance to the Jet Express for a trip to the Islands. My daughters and I stayed here for a long weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back next year!

Had a wonderful vacation here for a girls trip. Within walking distance to the Jet Express as well as close to the Coffee Express and Ala Carte café. Quiet and peaceful with wonderful views of the Lake. Will stay again!

An attractive and inviting condo
My family has been going to Waterfront Condos
for 17 or 18 years. When we first started going the grandkids were young and the playground
was the big attraction. The heated swimming pool soon became the place to be. Then sand sculptures on the beach was a highlight. Kayaks on Lake Erie was fun as the kids got older. As you can see, there is something for every
age group. For the adults that like to eat out
there are great restaurant and I think we have
tried them all over the years...from Mon Ami to Margaritaville and Broadwalk's Upper Deck on Put-In-Bay.
The view from this condo is even better than
pictured.
The Yacht Club next door has sailing regattas and the view is breathtaking.

Great location! Perfect for family with children!
The condo was good! Plenty of room and the views were beautiful. Everything was in fine working order. Pull out beds work as expected. Master bed was very comfortable. The condo community was the surprise, really nice people. The pool was cleaned everyday. The playground was in decent shape. Halfway through the trip they cleaned the beach up, there had been storms earlier in the week and it washed up some junk. After they cleaned it, it was fine.
Condo owners were super friendly and helpful.
Two restaurants within walking distance, both were good. They had fun environments, fine for kids. Easy access to jet boat to put in bay. Perfect vacation for my wife, kids (2 yrs and an 8 month old), and I.

End of summer Tall ships get away
Great long weekend to close out the summer.
As we have come to expect from the owner; fast / easy communication combined with a wonderfully kept and equipped unit in close proximity to everything. Perfect views of the tall ships coming into the basin and easy walking distance to the Jet Express and ships docked at the park. The grounds and pool perfect as always; what a wonderful way to end the summer .
