Bienvenue à The Governor's Collection - Anchor Point Apartments; un développement abordable de style condo situé au cœur de Governor's Harbour, Eleuthera. Le complexe se compose de deux bâtiments: l'un contient 2 appartements d'une chambre et deux appartements standard de deux chambres, tandis que l'autre contient 2 suites d'appartements plus grandes de deux chambres. Toutes les unités sont construites avec des balcons extérieurs couverts qui offrent une vue fantastique sur Anchor Bay.
Cet appartement à l'étage dispose d'une petite galerie d'observation sur le toit - idéal pour admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur l'île, admirer les étoiles le soir ou pour admirer la vue sur la baie au bord de l'eau!
Nos appartements sont situés dans le cœur animé de Governor's Harbour, un emplacement privilégié pour explorer le centre d'Eleuthera. Nous sommes à un pâté de maisons de la bibliothèque historique de Haynes et à moins d'un quart de mile de Cupid's Cay, domicile des Eleutheran Adventurers, et du site du premier Parlement des Bahamas en 1746.
Tous les vendredis soirs, la vie nocturne des Bahamas est animée au poisson frit d'Anchor Bay, à quelques pas des appartements. Ici, vous pourrez déguster des plats des Bahamas préparés localement, y compris de la salade de conques, du poisson frit, du poulet grillé, des macaronis et du fromage et des pois et du riz. Mêlez-vous à des habitants chaleureux, à des résidents hivernaux qui visitent l'île chaque année pendant plusieurs mois à la fois ou à des touristes à la recherche d'une soirée amusante - il y a un DJ en direct, des bières et des cocktails locaux, des concours de limbes et des danses dans les rues jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. nuit!
Notre endroit est à distance de marche des magasins d'alimentation locaux, des banques (2 avec des distributeurs automatiques de billets), des cafés, des boutiques de cadeaux et plus encore - Mais, si vous voulez vraiment explorer l'île, il est préférable de louer une voiture. Il y a d'innombrables plages isolées sur toute la longueur de l'île, qui attendent d'être explorées!

Comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment
The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and small soft-sided cooler daily. We were able to cook multiple meals in the kitchen. The property managers were very friendly, helpful and communicative. The apartment is on the edge of a neighborhood there is a local restaurant/bar behind - a lot of locals gather and hang out there nightly, and it can get a little loud sometimes until the early morning hours. Nothing that can’t be resolved with some ear plugs or a noise maker - we would still stay here again!

We absolutely loved the condo at Anchor Pointe. It was beautifully decorated, air conditioned, and very clean! The view of the turquiose water was nice! The only negative is there were lots of people in and out of the house/?restaurant next door and we could hear them at all hours of the day. We brought an sound machine with us and this was enough to cover that noise though! Highly recommend renting a car and booking boat tours in advance. There were none available the time frame we were there.

Beautiful condo
We absolutely loved the condo at Anchor Pointe. It was beautifully decorated, air conditioned, and very clean! The view of the turquiose water was nice! The only negative is there were lots of people in and out of the house/?restaurant next door and we could hear them at all hours of the day. We brought an sound machine with us and this was enough to cover that noise though! Highly recommend renting a car and booking boat tours in advance. There were none available the time frame we were there.

Great unit, super clean and comfortable!
Super clean unit, located right in Governor's Harbour. Everything we needed was included. Can walk to grocery, dining, and beach, but a car is recommended to fully enjoy the sights of Eleuthera.

Words can’t describe our stay at Anchor Point Apartments. Joy and Dom we so helpful from every aspect. Helping us plan the trip, what we needed to bring, where to get a rental car (Cadet Rental company was great - from the owner that we met at the Blue Room, to Jeremy that provided the rental car at North Eleuthera Airport and the pick u as well). The apartment looked just like the pictures. The view of the harbour never gets old. The fresh bread, danish and beer when we checked in were greatly appreciated. It was fantastic to have chairs and an umberella at the rental. We explored so much of the island and can’t wait to go back. We went to a different beach everyday (thanks to the book provided by Joy and Dom, it was easy to find with great directions). The food was amazing. Definitely recommend contacting Marina or Horatio at Da Perk for a carry out meal they will come up with a meal all are sure to enjoy. The entire island is so friendly and the beaches are the best I have ever seen.
Thank you Joy and Dom - we will be back for sure!! Our 9 year old twins are already planning our next trip.

Heaven on Earth
The home was immaculate and beds were very comfortable. the Property Mgr. was outstanding. Very quiet location and beautiful view of the Caribbean. We will be back.

Everything was fantastic from the second we met Dom to the minute we left. The house, amenities, guidebook featuring local beaches, restaurants and attractions - all very well thought out. Highly recommend!!!

The Anchor Bay Apartment was perfect. The location and views were wonderful, the kitchen well equipped and the decor was so nice. Joy and Dom were wonderful hosts who provided a wealth of info at check-in. The Friday night Fish Fry is right down the street and nice to have the local touch.

Great location, great property, excellent hosts
My husband & I loved everything about our stay here. The location was perfect for us. View of the water and we walked everywhere in Governor’s Harbour. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely. Well equipped and extremely comfortable! We loved it!
