Die Lage und der nette Vermieter.
Die Ausstattung war abgewohnt... Defekte Dusche mit Schimmel an der Decke.. Loser Toilettendeckel..
Nicht ausreichendes Geschirr für 6 Personen.. Lichtschalter kaputt... Zugangsbereich zugestellt.
Obwohl schon lange im vorraus gebucht war mussten noch Decken für schlafen gebracht werden.
Sonntag war über der Wohnung hohe Lautstärke mit getrampel..Es wurde Wasser über den Balkon von oben nach unten geschüttet. Usw... Dadurch leider nicht empfehlenswert bis der Vermieter Geld investiert um die Wohnung auf neuen Stand zu bringen.

Location was great. Parking was easy on the streets behind Langemarckstraße.
Missing a few amenities here and there. Bathroom pretty worn down. Light switch in the bedroom was hanging out of the wall. Why keep the rain shower head if it is not working? Hallway had a ton of junk, but nothing that hindered access.

The property was clean, had everything we need and was not too far away from the city. Was a super nice stay in the apartment, contact person was very friendly.

Good location, near to the center only walk arround 20 minute and u are in Center city.

The parking, it was mentioned that there is "private" parking and no reservation needed...a bit misleading, the "private" parking is on an extremely busy avenue with few public parking space.
