The gentleman at the reception treated us so badly that he disgusted us with the valuable stay and even the maid did not come to clean our room, just a horrible approach.

I just didn't like the cockroaches they had in my bathroom.

Elevator didn't work and I was forced to use the stairs. I have disabilities. However the staff was very helpful

Good location for who is interested to get many food and entertainment choices. Enjoyable restaurant for breakfast and quick lunch. Terrace with an amazing view on the beach and the see on one side and Natal downtown on the back.
The rooms quality are above the average of the hotels of the category, sadly with a sea view only for a limited number of apartments. All the others have a less enjoyable view of the wall on the next building, which is surely frustrating visitors.
