Very nice comfy clean quality for the price hotel
Good location for the port the beach and immigration office. .
Friendly nice staff .
Bathroom too small for such a huge room .

The room was spacious and clean. The staff at the reception was nice and helped me with a lot of things. The pool was good and clean, however the sunbeds and the environment were not really luring.
The location is not really great as it is far from everything. The beach over there is really nice to walk around, but I did not feel to swim there. You need to get a bike or take the songthaew or taxi if you want to go to anywhere basically. 20-30 mins on the bike to get to the center. There was no breakfast opportunity.

Came very late for 1 night as it was the closest hotel to the pier.
Communication with the hotel was good and the check in was comfortable although I arrived around 23:00…
Room was big, too bad the window to a parking lot but overall was a good place to crush on
room view

We stayed here over Christmas time for 4 nights. Lovely Views, Breakfast was included. We had a room with a big bar and separate shower. Nice big pool overlooking the sea, small gym room too. Breakfast was lovely, small tick sheet of options to choose from. Bike rental available.
The bath took a long while to fill and water pressure wasn't very good and water wasn't boiling hot so was hard to control bath temperature. Bike is needed if available to come and go as you please.

beds were very hard, shower was weak and hard to use, blinds didn’t block all the light, location was very far out of main area

the hotel is a very convenient landing pad for a first time on Samui
I look forward to the hotel fully reopening after covid, and enjoying all the facilities when they are available.

location on busy road and taxi to more popular parts

Good location, friendly helpful staff. Very clean, great roof top pool.
Horribly hard bed_ lukewarm hotwater, toilet seat needed replacing, door to balcony didn't work.

- Very friendly staff
- If you are a thai, you will be asked what you want in the hotel. Since not every day the same person is in the reception.
- you can hear the traffic extremely.

Good stay in Mae Nam; had all that we needed - comfortable well sized room with ac, desk, tv and the usual amenities. Hotel also had a nice lobby area, small gym and roof pool with some views 🙂
Not particularly located close to any nightlife, however we were aware of this before and it was not an issue.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Room has good tv with Netflix. There is a rooftop pool which we used a couple of times. Hotel is 10 minute walk to nearest beach and a short drive to popular areas such as chaweng. Even though hotel on main road the rooms are sound proof.

the pool and gym was amazing! room was spacious and tidy. fridge in the room too so could have cold drinks and save food from the market. water was hot (most days). staff very friendly and always waved and said hello etc
sometimes there was no hot water in morning. we had to ask each time to have the room cleaned. the taxi transfers the hotel offer to the pier are really expensive

Friendly staff swimming pool on the roof and the cleanliness of the room.

The lady on reception was lovely, the sweetest person ever her name was Mat and was happy to help with all things

I cannot fault the staff! All so helpful, friendly and just generally happy to speak to us. We needed to print some train tickets off and they were more than happy to help. One lady in particular (usually there in the afternoon) would always ask about our day, give us tips and was interested in what we did in Koh Samui.
Our room was dated, the shower didn’t run hot, gym did not have much equipment in it, the main lobby closed at 8pm so you had to take the back way which was a bit dodgy and most of the facilities weren’t open yet. probably due to covid and it being low season.

The Location is close to the beach and no too far from Nathon Pier, though taxis are very expensive in Ko Samui. The rooms are very big. The pool terrace is quite nice.
The matress is very stiff (normal in Thailand) and too much light coming in after sunrise. Clearly the hotel better days are gone.. The facilities are abandoned, no laundry service even tough is advertised. No restaurant, no lights in the pool after dark. The bar in the terrace is deserted. Everthing in the room is on sale so probably the hotel will get closed pretty soon.
The area looks quite deserted as well, lots of empty and closed buildings and restaurants. Clearly pandemic has done a lot of damage to Ko Samui.
