Hotel have brilliant location with shopping centers not far from it. Brilliant staff, extremely kind and professional. Good facilities.I liked everything what hotel had in his offer. Nice pool indoor and outdoor, with floating (salty ) pool, steam room ect. Game room offered poker tables, acces to internet, table tennis, bowling ... unfortunately for air hockey You had to pay ...but only 1 euro, which is ok

I bought all inclusive, but ...food offered in hotel restaurant was monotonous, sometimes overcooked...but still tasty. Drinks were good , but I would add more of them to menu.

Great value for money! There are a lot of different activities available in the hotel, that makes the stay there very enjoyable. We loved the rooftop terrace for sunbathing and the floating at saltwater pool in the SPA area, as well as the spacious balcony in the room. Houskeeping offered to clean the room and change the towels every day during our stay. Staff at the reception was super helpful and welcoming at all times.

There was no double bed, but two separate beds pushed together that still leaves a narrow empty space in between. So we couldn't really sleep together in one bed. Besides, these beds are on wheels that are impossible to fix, so they moved a bit as well.

We did have a great time staying at this hotel, we did enjoy wide breakfast selection, fresh orange juice was real bonus, we did like dinner as much. This hotel offers few indoor activities which is why we have selected this hotel just in case if we would get caught up in bad weather. Bedroom was decent size with a decent size wardrobe where we were able to completely unpack our suitcases and put them aside. Although there are few parking spots within hotel premises but they are all taken up by the evening, in spite of that we were able to park our car outside on the street without parking restrictions for the last few days of our stay. Would book this hotel in the future.

Would have been nice if bedrooms would have had beach towels and bottled water on arrival. As a couple we didn't like 2 single beds, we understand it is due to availability, but those beds kept moving apart during the night, so we would wake up with a gap between beds, if they would clip or mattresses would zip up together would make a difference. Needed few more hangers, an iron, slippers and bathrobes would have been nice, but I'm sure that's available on request.

Friendly staff, great variety of food, good facilities (spa/ roof top solarium & jacuzzi/gym), excellent amenities (mini golf/games room/ daily events & activities) and location (lots of shops and services around).

The staff were fantastic, very welcoming. It's in a great location and it's absolutely spotlessly clean. The facilities are fab, and there is an impressive selection of drinks included in the all inclusive. We had a really great holiday and I'm so glad we stayed there.

The food wasn't clearly labelled with allergens so not ideal if you have allergies or intolerances.

Great roof terrace and pool area. Good breakfast, gym, spa, game room. Dinner very varied but lacked a little seasoning.
