someone walked into my room( previous renter) and walked out after they saw me
the staff excuse is that he rented the room before me but didn’t return the key. to my knowledge when you want to return a room key you go to the reception not the room itself

Host made sure I had everything I needed. There’s also a laundry in the building for your convenience. Great spot for the value. Thank you!

I stayed at Tulsi Apartment in Croydon for a Tribunal matter. It was very close to the shopping centre, good location for food and etc. I was a nice size, decent and clean. It was cold one night but the staff was very helpful and got the heating sorted for me ASAP. I would stay here again. Thank you for making my time comfortable. :)

the apartments are old, cold and the heater doesn’t work well. I had to leave to find a better place, really old and if you are happy about it then it’s fine. for me I couldn’t stay there

What I paid for was absolutely fine, i the current circumstances...would I choose again, for a business overnight?
Possibly yes,..............safe, secure, not over-priced, clean, easy to move in and out of so, not a problem..

Clean, Warm, Spacious room with fridge, Kitchenette and utensils had everything needed.
This wasn’t an issue for us as we are a young couple without heavy luggage but you should know there is no lift.
