The room was very clean and comfortable! The staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped with finding transportation. We had a surprise in the hotel room for birthday cake and champagne. Great spot to eat restaurant O Nosso prego by the beach. If you love croissant easy walk to CROISSANT• DA VILA • We loved our stay here and we will return to stay here. Thank you! If you ever visit Lisbon you should try to avoid taxis specially if your coming from the airport, you should use UBER.

Les petits déjeuners et repas étaient d'excellentes qualité. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'être surclassé en chambre avec une magnifique vue mer. La période nous a permis de stationner gratuitement en face de l'hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin.

Perfect location ocean good staff

The staff was very friendly. The location is very good, next to the ocean. The room was very comfortable and clean. They provided me with a room with a sea view and it was a pleasant surprise for me. I had asked to be checked out later and they did a favour completely free of charge.

The building and bedrooms need refurbishment asap. Carpets need to be removed from the floor either in the hallways and bedrooms, they’re full of stains. There are two pair of stairs from parking to floor -1 never seen that before. With large bags that’s unthinkable. Not to mention people with motor disabilities. Not accessible. Meal time could have more variety. Rooms face lateral beach view with a bar in the building in front have late night noise. Pricey for the value.

Great hotel. Super clean with good size rooms. Very friendly staff all round from reception to bar. Location is 50/50, great that it is facing the beach and have a few bars/cafe and ships local enough.

Location from centre of Lisbon. 20/30 minute taxi ride depending on traffic (could be longer).

At the breakfast there could be some more fresh vegetables. We would appreciate free umbrellas at the beach.

First line sea side; near restaurants and bars. Super view with direct vista. Nice large room and bed. Quiet in general and very helpful and friendly staff in all hotel area

Breakfast was a little overcrowded, seems at some points during the morning the logistics is not well defined or the room is simply to small. Staff is very quick in cleaning but there were simply too many people - e.g. busses of tourists who had to leave obviously at a certain time and all were quite excited to get their breakfast before. There is quite a lot of a selection but some variations from day to day would be nice.

location is perfect, right in front of the beach and next to a wide selection of restaurants. The cleaning team do a very good job cleaning the room. The hotel left a lovely gesture for my wife’s birthday.

The breakfast room is over crowded and poorly managed. We had problems finding a table to eat. The breakfast wasn’t to my taste. There wasn’t much selection so ended up having breakfast else where.

Attentive personnel, cleaning ladies are very professional. Bar employees are fun and so are tye cocktails. Breakfast is varied, a bit crowdy due to the groups. Quick access to cheap and good local restaurants

changing my lateral sea view to a sea view. staff were incredibly nice and very efficient the pool was gorgeous , towels lovely and soft . food was reasonable. gym was great & well equipped

Fantastic location for my surfer husband. Breakfast was great although the hotel was very very busy we got in at a good time to eat without the crowd. Very pleasantly surprised with the spa and workout room.

The bed could have been more comfortable. the turkish bath wasn't working
