Wonderful hotel - all the way from facilities, staff and location. Truly exceptional, relaxing, calm - in particular we appreciated the breakfast in the room option included - what a luxury!

Das Hotel ist für sein Alter sehr gut unterhalten und den heutigen Bedürfnissen angepasst. Man fühlt sich vom Personal von Anfang an Willkommen. Das Morgenessen ist reichhaltig und leicht. Durch die zentrale Lage kann die Stadt/See vom Hotel aus zu Fuss besichtigt werden.
Das Personal dürfte sich besser koordinieren, sodass dieselbe Frage im Service von verschiedenen Angestellten nicht 2 Mal gefragt, resp. z.B. die Antwort "bitte keine Brot zur Vorspeise" dennoch Brot durch einen dritten Angestellten gebracht wird.
Schade ist, dass die Bäume an der Promenade die Sicht im Parterre (Restaurant/Terrasse) auf den See verdecken - dies lässt sich wohl nicht ändern, da die Bäume auf öffentlichen Grund stehen.

Flarion at the reception was ready with everything as soon as we reached , he even knew my name .
Everything was very well organised . The rooms were cleaned multiple times a day .
Very courteous staff and the rooms have an amazing view of the lake.

Beautiful and spacious room. Loved the view and small balcony. Very comfortable bed. The restaurant is on a wonderful terrace. Good food. I also enjoyed swimming in the indoor lap pool. There is a nice outdoor area to relax and sunbathe. The location of the hotel is terrific!

Best location, steps to lake Geneva promenade! Fabulous spa and indoor lap pool, jacuzzi, sauna ie Hammam with lounges both indoor and outdoor.
A terrace with tent-umbrellas for breakfast, lunch or cocktails/ aperitif is divine. And the bedroom en-suite is luxurious, awesome bathroom / shower, linens/bedding super comfortable.

Lovely hotel with a stunning view! Top Tier Service the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We have upgraded to the suite room which was even better! Spa was incredible too, although jacuzzi water was cold but the rest of the spa area was very good. I would definitely come back here! Thanks for having us🫶🏾

The products they make available for the guests are top notch. Molton Brown products (shampoo, soap) are awesome.
The shower was not good at all, no pressure, old shower. I appreciated the visual, but it needs to be 100% functional.

cigar smoking guests are too close from thr restaurant. experienced a dinner ruined by a very long cigar…

the location, food was very good and the hotel is beautiful
the limitation for kids. schedule of pool is very limited and is very bad (2-4pm) and we can just do the check in at 3pm. and in the morning 8-10am but breakfast is until 10am so really no time!!!

Beautiful hotel right on the edge of the lake. We had a deluxe lake view room and it was spacious, comfy and had an incredible view. Food and drinks are good but in line with the luxury status of the hotel it is expensive.
Be sure to try and get breakfast included as it is very very expensive if you have to purchase separately. In fact, just go out and get breakfast somewhere else if it is not included.

ocean view upgrade is a must and worth the not inexpensive cost. actually stayed an extra night in the suite.
