The rooms are nice and it’s close to the bus station and the shops.
Not sure „relais du silence“ is the right name. My room was above the kitchen and it was quite loud in the evening and the morning.

Location of the hotel is quite nice, breakfast is decent but really nothing special. Typically to many ski resorts, the breakfast buffet has been designed with "minimum amount of variety", probably just to cut the costs.
The spa includes two one-person whirlpools that operate with tokens. The spa area is also quite small and only suitable for 4-6 persons at the time. Needless to say, the quality of the spa cannot compete with similar hotels in Austria.

The hotel is very well located, close to the Ski School, town centre and a short walk to the cable car to go up to the ski slopes.
What made our stay absolutely wonderful was the warm & caring staff. Each one of them were very friendly and ensured we had a great time.
The hotel restaurant is also very nice, serving a 4-course menu, with new options everyday!

Greatly quality hotel, quiet, extremely clean and close to the bus stop - the staff is extremely helpful, organised a quick dinner despite a late check in and provided good tips for the hike. I recommend!

Everything and everyone was absolutely brilliant.
I could find no fault at all even a little one. The staff were amazing, the food was superb, I will be back and fully recommend this hotel to anyone unreservedly.

Pleasant Staff at least at front desk. View from room pretty. The weather.
The room was opposite the dinning room and smells woke my wife. The bathroom was tiny and the shower difficult to get into. The room was as expected expensive after all it is Switzerland. The breakfast was poor and extremely disappointing not to have any pastries. The staff at breakfast were rather abrupt. Glad it was only one night.
If you go to Adelboden - go somewhere else.
