A ilha privada do hotel é lindíssima, a estadia é válida pelas belas praias da ilha.

Me hospedei no 5o andar e havia uma reforma em alguns quartos, a partir das 8h da manhã começava um barulho insuportável de batidas de portas no corredor, depois constatei que as batidas das portas eram provenientes da reforma e de alguns funcionários da limpeza, lamentável. Outro ponto a ser melhorado é o buffett do café da manhã, é tudo muito bem feito, porém repetitivo, todos os dias as mesmas opções.

First of all let me say the pictures you see here it’s across the street from other Renaissance property, I booked this one because of those amazing pictures, which is Miss leading, because of that I was very disappointed to booked a year ahead of time, paid 600+ per night to not on the beach,we have ocean view room , there are above the swimming pool , very loud all the time till 9 or 10 pm, Plus next to main road, cruise ship in and out , it’s not the relaxing. If you eat there, they charge service fee and want you to tip , that’s ridiculous I’m sorry, if you charge service fee which is totally understand because not every country has the tipping culture,but don’t require to tip if you already charged more than 15% of the service fee.

The private island and the free ferry that leaves from the hotel lobby. Also the beach area on the ocean resort is very pleasant.

We stayed at the Marina and found it very noisy.

The private island was beautiful and the 15 minute boat ride to and from it was a blast! The staff was exceptional, pleasant, and informative . The hotel was very well kept and very clean.

It was quite loud at night, but it is in Aruba on the Main Street, connected to the mall, and near the airport, so it’s kind of unavoidable. There was some loud maintenance going on at 6 am a couple of mornings, but besides those issues it was wonderful.

More than one restauruant options

Staff at the restaurants were not attentive and clearly favour those that tip the most. Not suitable for European clientele, very American. Our room was dirty. It had pubic hairs all over the toilet seat, shower was not clean and nor was the sink. The bed had strands of hair. Some hotel guests were aggressive on a water taxi with an incompetent hotel driver. The hotel did not follow up with our concerns despite us reaching out. They’ve still not replied to our emails. Expect there to be big corporate functions which will ruin your stay if you’re there to relax.
