All the staff are very accommodating and friendly. The place is also clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu is also great.
One of our rooms have a sort of faulty aircon. We cannot turn off the timer even when we press the button for it in the remote control. It also releases not so cool air.

the rooms that I paid for were not given to me. The toilet was clogged all the time and we have to call them literary everyday to have fixed. The next time we used it, it was clogged again. So annoying. Food and coffee is not as good as shown in their website

The security guards are very friendly and always assists us when crossing the road. The superior room is nice and clean. I also like the gym!

What I like the most in Patio is their staffs, super gentle and approachable, always smiling, friendly and very welcoming (especially Elizabeth)
Clean room, Big swimming pool and the gym.
The breakfast is also in generous amount.
Will surely book again. 😀
No free use of flat iron which I badly needed, but they can iron your clothes instead with minimal fee.
