Good staff, nice facilities bad bad bad policies if you book via booking

Staff eager to provide solutions to a corporate problem

I booked thru Booking and the room described in booking did not correspond with the offer at site, even after providing proof of description in booking took me a hard time to get them to honor the book, staff was always helpful and friendly but the reservation thru booking is punishment buy charging extremely high for wifi additional, parking additional, in general everything is over expensive, my compliments to staff that keep the good composture but is not a good Deal better options in Caracas for less price even done via booking

Excellent hotel

I reserved the room via Booking.com and it seems you did not include taxes. I had to pay around $45 more because it was not included. You should review that. I wasn't expecting paying more money.

Horrible. Stay away!

The equipment in the gym

No one speaks English, rooms are ancient, equipment is non functional, took 3 days calling housekeeping to get a box of tissue paper, housekeeping entered our rooms while we had DND signs on, at breakfast they kept on bringing us pork while we explained again and again that we do NOT eat pork (We even googled it in Spanish so they could understand), and no one at front desk bothers to show up for work before 10am! That’s just a summary of this place. Shameful den and does not deserve to be a JW Marriott.
