The staff were very attent and eager to help. I arrived much earlier than expected and they let me check-in and use the gym (which has everything g you need and Inhad it all it all myself myself whole time I worked out there) for a couple of hours while room was being prepared. There was a sufficient variety at the buffet during all meals and some really delicious options. I love the fact that the only thing you can hear from the room is the sound of the sea. It was perfect for disconnecting and getting the peace and quiet that I needed even though it was only a few steps from the centre of the town. I got a great deal on booking.com when I booked a couple of mo that ago so it was really great value for money.

Sleeping by the sea was very relaxing, would definitely go back again soon. The staff was very friendly and attentive! Regarding security, we felt safe during our stay. The food was delicious and varied. Recommended!

Absolutely nothing The place was filthy. I had to call the front desk which is not 24 hours all Night Long to get them to take out filthy towels filthy garbage cans filthy everything, That was there before I got to the room. It is supposed to be the best hotel in Salinas I don't think so, Especially when it comes to the staff. They were just unacceptable to be working in the hotel business

The front desk staff, The regular staff, The receptionist, the general manager Jose who was the most unprofessional hotel manager I've ever come across and my 40 years of traveling the world and it was just when you think it couldn't get worse it did again and again. And the lies and the promises during my whole day were just incredible. I should have recorded every moment however I did record the head security guard at night threaten me with bodily harm. It got so intense that the US Embassy is now involved. Photos of: The toilet trash can the pool towel I wanted to use to lay down on the floor to straighten my back that had brown stains on it. Of what? I don't know and didn't want to find out The broken safe the unplugged fridge that was empty no wifi in the room and to move my table outside in the hall in order to get a signal AND the night time security guard that threatened me with violence. I called the reception and nobody picked, so after 3 hours I hung up and the guard shows up

the many services that the hotel provides are worth the money you spend. the location. is great. i came during low season so weather wise was not perfect for me

the hotel can provide a better experience for people who likes the beach. it was just what we expected. more variety of food will be good as well.

The breakfast was good. However, if it is a port beach area, they should include seafood dishes such as ceviches, for example. and location is excellent!!

the hotel needs to improve its maintenance. improve cleanliness. the garbage can was rusty and a towel hanger was detached. The shower water had a weak fluid. the towels were not soft. The wifi finally allowed to connect but the internet was very slow.

Bars closed, hotel was a ghost town. Not on beach but on water. Need to take taxi to better beach.

poor maintenance has been closed down for more than a year, reopen recently with all new staff, not enough staff , poor organization, staff argue in public, seem like reopen in rush, haven’t prepared well, in my room, the window lock is broken, the pole which controls the curtain fell down……..
