Exceptional pool area, delicious food and friendly staff!

It wasn't clear during the booking that there is a need to pay for non alcoholic drinks on the half board option. Also there was a charge for the iron.

Great location

Room was spectacular, was cleaned beautifully every day and we are a messy lot! AirCon perfect, the way they have designed the pool area, really is like a paradise and I really loved that guests were fair with the sunbeds and there weren't any 'towel hoggers'. I was able to get a sunbed whenever I wanted. The Sangria at the bar is beautiful (a tad expensive). Book shelves with a selection of books to read and large lounges that are cool to relax in out of the heat. Beautiful area, absolutely loved a trip to Dragonera island and also western waterpark.

Had to pay to rent a kettle and although we never bothered (it was cheap) we should have as it would have made a difference to us. It would have been nice to have some vegan options at breakfast (teenage son who is a fussy eater as well as vegan). I enjoyed brekkie - fresh fruit, guy frying eggs for me and croissants at the ready. Our view wasn't great (looking at street) but someone had to have it and we had spectacular views when we walked along the coast anyway. We tried sitting on balcony one night and got bitten so didn't bother again. Not much live music in the area - some lovely bars. If you get a 6 euros taxi into the other side of Santa Ponsa to 'The Square', there is a lot of traditional 'English' entertainment, such as tat shops and a big stage with lots of tribute acts each night and children's entertainment and lots of kids rides. We did this on the last two nights.

Was told there would be someone on reception to phone a taxi for my airport transfer at 4am and no one there had to walk to the taxi rank with luggage

The appartment, renovated, clean and big enough for two adults and 1 small child. Nice balcony with a good view. Three clean swimming pools Friendly staff. Quiet street, but still close to everything.

The Breakfast was okay. The bread and the pancakes were not that fresh.

Very noisy. There is no noise cancellation at all. Room 207 is especially bad due to some utility room across it and the balcony is next to the stairs to the swimming pool. So lots of people are passing by very often. Also A/C constantly made weird noises. After all, we had to change the room because it was not possible to rest and sleep. But it was still very noisy in the early mornings A bed's wooden headboard is terrible. I don't know who came up with the idea to add a thick plank on top of it, but it is impossible to lean on it to watch tv without smashing your head. It is only good to put a remote on this.
