View was exceptional, the personal are extremely friendly and helpful, the location and the Pousada is beautiful, the food (we had a lunch just with entree) was very very good and breakfast as well. We also had a airport - hotel transfer as a courtesy.
We loved everything except we ate at the bedroom for lunch before the weeding we had and when we came back the stuff from lunch was still there. I did not ask them to take it away cause the day before they opened the bed and I thought they would do the same this night.

I loved waking up to that jaw dropping view!
Room was beautiful decorated, bed was super comfy.
I saw a guy cleaning the pool every morning but it was still dirty. Our bathing suits were dirty from sitting there. Idk if it was because of covid but breakfast was a big disappointment, not much variety. No cuscuz =(

Very friendly staff who were good at accommodating our needs. The view was amazing, great location.
The rooms need to be updated, there were mosquitos and we would wake up to at least 5-6 dead mosquitos in between our pillows. Management should focus more on keeping up with wear and tear of the rooms instead of focusing on status.
