As janelas não são acústicas. Eu e meu marido gostamos de dormir com o ar da noite, principalmente em lugares frios como Bogotá. Então pedimos para trocar para um quarto mais silencioso, mas não houve muita diferença. Tivemos que ligar o ar condicionado. O ar condicionado parava a cada 20 minutos. Chamei o técnico para tirar o timer, mas a única coisa que ele fez foi colocar o timer para desligar a cada uma hora. Ou seja, nao adiantou.

Location is great and the breakfast buffet is super!
They refused to issue an invoice for the full reservation when I asked as, they explained, I made the reservation online. Yet, booking specifies it would need to be the hotel to issue an invoice with the full payment. I am confused about this issue for such a basic compliance requirement.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My Spanish is not very good, but the staff spoke English.
I did have one towel that was not very clean when I arrived.

They were very welcoming at check in, and it’s in a great area of bogota , Zona G.
They shut off the breakfast that is included in the room price pretty early, it’s shutdown and cleaned up by 10am.. I think closing it at 11 would be more flexible.. I got there at 10:20 and basically needed to go somewhere else if I wanted breakfast, which I did, so I just made sure I was early enough the next day!

Las instalaciones están fantásticas !! El personal muy atento a todo lo que requeríamos y sobre todo con muchísima amabilidad!!! Tienen una hospitalidad increíble!! Pero la ubicación es excelente !! Una zona súper agradable y con todo tipo de comercios y restaurantes !!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Bogotá. The location in a nice neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and cafés was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and nice. The staff was exceptional, providing courteous and helpful service. The breakfast surpassed even that of a 5-star hotel in Medellín, and I loved the Happy Hour at the restaurant/bar. Highly recommended for a classy and enjoyable stay in Bogotá.

The location was terrific - so close to so many lovely restaurants in Chapinero - just perfect. We also enjoyed the happy hour from 530-730. A great place to stay with a family, they arranged extra beds for our kids and all was very comfortable.

For a mistake the hotel staff charged us twice for the transport from the airport, we tried to contact them in the day after our stay but they never responded

Good location close to plenty of restaurants and in a safe part of the city. The room was comfortable whilst not luxurious with a good bathroom and comfy beds.
One attraction of Embassy Suites is the manager's reception which provides free drinks and snacks for residents. On the one night (of two) when this was available it was very good. Breakfast was plentiful with a fair selection and attentive staff.
On our first evening the manager's reception proved to be unavailable at the advertised hour with the facility being given over to a dedicated promotion of a specialised gin - this started an hour later than we were advised, featured limited snacks and was very loud; much too loud for normal people to bear for more than five minutes so we left, without any complementary drinks. We had not been advised that this was the case when we had been checked in and told that the regular reception would be available at the normal time.
This was disappointing.

The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping areas.
cleanliness...long hairs in bathroom that seemed to stay for the entire duration and that did not belong to me.
The staff spoke broken English and little information at hotel for tourists.

Central location with a good breakfast and an evening snack included in room rate. There are wonderful restaurants, book shops and easy taxi pick up near by. For all the things to do in Bogotá it is hard to beat the value of Embassy Suites Rosales. We needed a safe place to rest our heads at night before we adventured out every day. Definitely coming back to visit.
Don’t forget to turn the fan on in the workout facility, it is close to the parking garage and occasionally smells like car fumes.
