The entire residence area. The beach was clean with enough space between the umbrellas. The breakfast was reach and tasty.

I know that it's not the hotels fault but those tall constructions in front of the hotel are terrible.

Beds aren’t comfortable at all, the room was smaller than advertised, the bathroom wasn’t really clean, facilities are worn down. The restaurant staff are no longer well trained. I don’t know what happened between last year and now, but no one knows what they’re doing. They took my food away even though I said clearly to leave it there. It happened on three different occasions, but on the last day, the waiter was really adamant to clear the table, even though we indicated clearly three times not to do it. When I confronted the staff, they were disrespectful and didn’t want to do anything about it. Overall, this place used to be great, but now it’s really not a good value for money. Prices are high and the services don’t live up to expectations.

At first, we chose it for being so close to the beach, as we enjoyed seaside together with my father, who is 87. Everything was amazing, we extended our stay from 5 to 7 nights. Rooms are clean, stylish and very comfortable. Staff is friendly and always there for any expressed need. Breakfast served at Arena Regia gave us the occasion for a walk early in the morning, with a generous variety of food, fruits, deserts and beverages. We also experienced SPA services 😍, which can be rated as best offered at seaside. Personnel and products used, ambient, definitely 5 ⭐️ BL, we had an extraordinary experience and we will, for sure, choose the location in the future 😎

The hotel is situated in a private 5* complex, only 50m from the sea. The beach is not crowded, at the beach bar you can find a very good selection of drinks. In the complex there are 2 esquisit restaurants with gourmet menu. The breakfast very rich and fresh, you could find everything, very good coffee. The rooms, the staff, cleaness, services, everything was excellent. It felt like a 5* hotel, eventhough it was a 4* hotel.

The complex is surrounded by construction sites, but I think next summer this will be over.
