Il letto era molto comodo e la camera appena ristrutturata aveva un balcone con vista bellissima.

Colazione con tantissima scelta dolce e salato!Albergo molto pulito! Personale gentile! Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Non siamo riusciti ad usufruire la piscina del albero perché ormai eravamo ad ottobre e c’era freschino fuori. Speriamo di tornare primavera/estate😍

So peaceful. The view from the balcony. The Gardens and pool. The cleanliness was great. Loved the staff, especially Valentina (?) who looked after the breakfast. She is a beautiful soul and so helpful & friendly. I love this place and will definitely return again.
I stayed in 246 and there was no mirror in the bedroom. If my husband was having a shower, I could not style my hair in the bathroom mirror because of the steam. So please a full length mirror in the bedroom.

The room was absolutely perfect, great size, modern and very clean. Everything you could need was there. The pool was beautiful, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly and the location was ideal. Away from the busy tourist streets but not too far a walk.

What I liked the best? The location and the various breakfast and kettle for tea in the room. Everything is the same how it looks in the official photos. If you book here, and travel by car, do not forget book the city's parking area-called Grifo parking- via the hotel.

parking was a cost not knowing of
that when we drove in the hotel did not inform us
that we could not come and park until 7:00pm
and we would be shuttled in should have warned us as I called before and they could have shared

The pool was lovely and clean, just enough sunbeds. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Location was perfect, just the other side of the old town but very close on foot. Majority of the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you apart from the barman.
3 star hotel was in keeping for what you get for your money. It was a little dated but did the job for a couple of nights with a lovely pool and breakfast.

Most part of hotel facilities and service were great except air conditioning.
No air conditioning. Reception staff said that due to local regulation no air conditioning was allowed. Hence we felt very hot in the room. We have asked some shop owners of the regulation, but they have never heard about the regulation and were using air conditioner.

What a brilliant hotel, from our first interaction to our last the staff were amazing, the bar manager a lovely man, the breakfast room lady fantastic, great characters and a massive asset to the hotel. Breakfast was superb, the pool was beautiful. Room spacious with lovely balcony, this hotel is more 4 star than 3, amazing hotel.

The location
Hotel is half renovated ,on the booking it looks totaly deferent,bathroom is old and not funcioning ,i payed 170 euros for the night and its real value is 70 topa

Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings and location, clean and good value for money. Best hotel staff that we met in Italy, so far. Bartender will make you feel like you are his personal special guest. This hotel will be at our recommendation list, for sure.
Hope to be back one day.
Balcony between two rooms is missing some privacy, but for us it wasn’t an issue since we shared balcony next door with our family. Soundproofing could be better as well.

Location and breakfast
The rooms are not as expected based on pictures. Our room was not cleaned the first day. The receptionist was very rude when we asked for a shuttle to our car which we had to park 2km from the hotel. It’s not worth the price.

The breakfasts were excellent, the bartender was so friendly and helpful! The rest of the staff were awesome too
Rooms are lovely and provide a great view and is close to everything you need
The room cleaning didn't take anything like used glasses and empty drinks but that wasn't a huge issue tbh

Amazing view from the balcony, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. A bit set back from the centre of Sirmione but only 5 or so minutes walk and well worth it for how peaceful it is and for the ciews

Perfect location and staff. Room was clean and modern. Great breakfast with a lot of options. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked really nice. Could definitely stay again!

Clean and well located at the historic center
Access is limited by car, parking is expensive and they got our bed configuration wrong and refused to fix we had to separate the beds ourselves

Good value for money, especially having a good breakfast included. Close to Jamaica beach and city center. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything! we can’t believe it’s only three star. it is spotless the rooms are nice and they have balconies and a modern bath room. The staff are honestly the nicest and most polite I have come across! and the breakfast is AMAZING. location is minute walk from Jamaica beach and town.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean and in a very nice location with nice facilities.
Breakfast was a hit or miss. Some things were really tasty, some tasted very stale and old. At some point in the night the AC switched from cold to hot and we woke up to suffocating heat.
