Great pool..beautiful gardens! Quiet location, a 10 min walk to the marina area. Basic breakfast but more then enough food! Ahmed was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, very friendly!

I was coming to see my sister at the American hospital and this hotel was 3 minutes walk to get there.. I loved the breakfast , having persoal omelette made for me how I wanted .Staff were very helpful , genuinely friendly and Positive. They really made my stay so nice , also asking about my sister , which was nice.. It was a really person friendly hotel which I don't see in big fancy hotels. Beds also really comfortable. Pool was all the time clean and not overly chlorinated which I like .Great to swim my lengths every day

. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach , but the road we took had no pavement so nit for older or unstable walkers. . Have to keep your wits about you Not. all the staff spoke good English , but didn't cause any problems .

1. Wi Fi. Room no 307. The Internet was very very poor. The video calls were not available, the connection is lost after every 30-40 seconds. Near the pool Wi-Fi was much better but there is no way to plug a working MacBook into an outlet and resolve urgent issues. 2. There was no hot water in the room for three days in row. One of us caught a cold while taking a cold shower. Vacation was ruined. Hot water appeared only after persistent appeal to the reception 3. Breakfast. Very sparse and monotonous. Every day: boiled eggs, arugula, corns, tomatoes, cucumbers, cereals, tea, water, coffee, jams, honey, the cheapest margarine (not butter!), bread, two types of cheese (tasteless). You won’t stay hungry, but after 4 days, you can’t eat it anymore. And at the end of our stay, milk, mayonnaise and ketchup and teaspoons disappeared. We ourselves bought butter and yoghurts for breakfast. There are a lot of cats are walking on the tables where the guest are having meal. Cats immediately climb behind the fence into the garbage and came back from garbage on the tables… no one cares about it. Unsanitary conditions. 4. The lock in the room did not work well, the door did not close. Staff was infirmed about issue at the night of check-in. They promised that the master would come and fix it. No one came for 10 days of the stay. That's the attitude.
