Posizione comoda e tranquilla. Location molto piacevole, host gentile ed accogliente. Consiglio vivamente la struttura che si trova a due passi d'Assisi ma assicura tranquillità e silenzio. In estate la piscina è sicuramente un valore aggiunto!

Emanuela was super kind and gave us a lot of information about Perugia. She helped us book a taxi for the airport and guided us on where to order food from. The place is lovely and super well-kept. Everything was beyond clean and the room smelt amazing. Will definitely recommend a stay here!

Location is excellent if you drive, Property is very clean, host is very nice and communication is excellent. Easy parking, comfortable beds. Breakfast is ok.

very comfortable! not super close to the airport but close enough and close to local entertainment and places to dine out! they also gave us taxi numbers that came in really useful!

Highly recommended. The owner is very pleasant, full of useful information about Umbria. Calm place, big parking, friendly atmosphere. Great variety of food for breakfast.

Wonderful place.. Comfortable and clean B&B. Owners are very friendly and helpful and lives nearby so they are available anytime you might need them. Very neas Asissi and Perugia.
