I initially book the apartment, but we had to be moved into the hotel rooms because the apartment is in a second floor with a very steep staircase and my mom couldn't handle it. Also, the apartment access if by the street not through the hotel.

Location is good, close to Plaza Mayor. Has an indoor parking.
The room wasn’t clean at the time of check-in. There was an open bottle of coke in the minibar and one open soap next to the bathroom shower. The person who’s in charge of the property treated as arrogantly and asked to pay for the coke. He was shocked it was open.

I was looking for a place were me and my wife could enjoy and relax in a quiet atmosphere and we found it at Bahia Olivo.
Quiet nice staff and the town was marvelous.

Great location to the main plaza.
Hotel closed doors early in the evening; had to ring the bell and wait on the street for someone to come open the door.
I guess the owners of the hotel live in the property and go to sleep early.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Comfortable rooms with bonfire. The jacuzzi was nice and there is hot water also

Everything was awesome! Especially the staff they were so kind and helpful. Also for suites the jacuzzi is SUPER nice. Great location as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Its a really nice bed and the location is great

We are not able to repeat the coffe or beverages for breakfast otherwise they will charge

While the hotel is only about 5 blocks from the main square, it’s right on a main avenue which is quite noisy throughout the night, and the traffic noise isn’t ideal for sleep. There isn’t always someone in reception, which sometimes means it takes a while for someone to come and open the door.

Lack of connectivity.. if the stay is travel for work this is not the place !!! Wifi or any Internet access is not available
