dark rooms - room had a strong cigarette odour, air conditioning did not work properly, curtain a nuisance on bathroom. overall the room was far to dark to get dressed or prepare for the day. it needs more bright lighting.

it’s so central, it’s close to everything (there are 2 laundromats near the hotel)! and there are lots of good restaurants around this hotel. the room and bathroom are big and it was a nice surprise to see the bathrobes.

the air-con system is not cool enough.

The staff were particularly helpful. I had a nice balcony. The breakfast was served quickly and it was a varied choice.

Central location, friendly staff cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.

Check in went smoothly. Although not onsite, parking was close enough in a public garage. Staff will give you a ticket to get in the car park and you pay at the hotel reception when you leave. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful and location was great for us.

Very efficient check-in. Took 20 seconds. Unlike most hotels that ask for signatures, card details, passport, email address, etc. Comfortable room. Nice interior design. Friendly staff. Simple but tasty breakfast.

We arrived early and could check in immediately which helped us to make more of our day. Staff friendly and helpful, fluent in English. Good wifi. Great location in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from Grand Theatre. Bathroom (shower only) was large and spacious. Room very comfortable and quiet with excellent air-con.

Quirky design in the room obstructed its best use. For example a large floor lamp obstructed the bathroom door and a TV was wall mounted in the area you would sit behind the (tiny) desktop (bumped head!). In general room was a little over furnished for its size. Room 24.
