The room and bathroom were quite spacious.
The headboard of the bed was falling apart(you can check out the photos), the bathroom was dirty and smelly.
The restaurant was mediocre, the food we had was below what we expect from a “luxurious” hotel.

We were staying in an apartment. The bedroom was rather small. The bed was not as comfortable, as in the standard double rooms.

Great experience - clean and spacious room (more like the size of 2 standard rooms), facilities were clean, restaurant was great and the staff was well prepared and very polite. Spa center was great, it was clean and everything worked since the early hours.
Not that it depends on the hotel, but the road to it was very steep and in not so good condition, probably a challenge if wet or icy.

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious. Good maintenance of the facilities. Was not overcrouded which was a great plus for us.

Everything. This is one of my favorite spa hotels in Bulgaria. Visited 5 times and everytime is exeptional.

Clean and comfortable. Nice and polite staff. Spacious room. SPA facilities are OK clean, but not so big during weekends could get a little bit overcrowded
