Clean room & comfy bed. Lockbox for room key and keyless entry to the guest house.
There was no hot water the night I arrived, broken sink in the bathroom and water damaged mirror.

New toilet seat.
Fresh towels or more than 2 towels as we stayed 4 nights.

After reading the reviews I was dreading the place shouldn't of because place was lovely we stayed for 3 niggts while going to a game at Old Trafford was perfect for that reason 2 min walk to bus stop 5 mins to old trafford 20 min to center of manchester

I was looking for an accomodation with a free parking and close to the airport because I had an early flight in the morning. It was cheap, convenient and quite comfortable.
There were some dodgy people in the room next to mine who were either getting drunk or stoned, or both. Then just after midnight I spent lovely half an hour listening to one of them vomit in the shared bathroom. I guess walls are very thin. Then I got woken up around 5 by loud banging on someone else's door (assuming my first neighbours), there was a loud argument and I could even hear somebody saying that police will be getting involved. After that I fell back asleep, I don't know how it played out. I also wasn't too happy with the nylon matress cover but considering what kind of people are checking in, it's understandable.

It's close to the city centre. Parking was good and so was the wifi
You need to provide a cooker so guests who are staying longer can cook. The Oven doesn't seem to be working well. Also an option for laundry wound be good

it’s was okay. good for the money and the. Ed was comfy.
it stunk a little bit and the kitchen looked outdated. also, it’s like service users forgot how to wipe their bottom and flush the toilet as there was poo all over the toilet boils every item I went in to shower or use the toilet. But apaprt from all of that the service providers really tried their best I would definitely stay there again. It is definitely good value for money. P.S you won’t want me to share photos of the bathroom I had to share. you wouldn’t eat for a week haha, but hey, that’s not the owners fault.

The fact we booked a two bed room, only to be given a single bed and to then be told (after the bloke in front of me was upgraded to the very room I had book for free) that this was the only room available and very quick to direct me to another hotel - cost me a small fortune.

Didn't stay. Front door locked, called number on door.
Eventually got through and was told manager was off site. I had to WhatsApp passport and driving licence details. Want full refund. 😫 Not recommended at all in my opinion.

Kitchen hallway and toilets looked filthy, the bed felt damp! and my back ached the next morning! the tv only goes upto vol 12 which wasnt even loud enough to hear it! I was in room 2 which is off the kitchen area, can hear everything when people are in making food and drinks and talking! also room 2 is an extention on side of the building so it is not sound proof at all! heard every single bit of traffic and wind all through the night, I hadn’t slept the full night…would not recommend staying here, I paid for 3 nights and stayed for 1!
