Loved the location, a short drive to rio grande and Luqillo beach. The apartment was very nice, had pretty much anything you needed such as dishes and cookware, boogie boards and beach chairs, coolers. The pool is right outside of the patio door, and the BEAUTIFUL private beach access right beyond the pool, maybe a 2 minute walk.

No washcloths for showering, no toaster; but we did find a toaster oven, but the knob was broken so we had to use a knife to turn it, one bathroom had shampoo and conditioner but the master had none at all.

We were very satisfied with the property and the location. We would love to come back again.

Great apartment complex, quiet and secure. Good facilities and walking distance to the beach. The apartment has everything needed for a wonderful and comfortable stay . Good restaurants nearby .We had a great family time !

breakfast and food was great,theres a lot of local owned restaurants and bakery's where you can get great food at a good price, this location is near everything you need, but you will need a car for sure, if you want to enjoy all the places, is near El yunque national forest, and the outlets mall, try local food and family owned business you wont regret it.

instructions for location, for first timers it's a little tricky to find, and cell phone signal was not good, my carrier is ATT,also no call answer after hours, our flight was delayed so we arrived like at 12am and I called several times we kept asking around we were lost, a security guard was very helpful, besides that everything was nice,theres no problem with call answering during the day.

Perfect Location. Nice private beach area.

Couldn’t really have fun in the pool. So many lame rules, got yelled at for playing Marco Polo in the pool and no rafts or floaties allowed. And the staff was rude about it too.

Fantastic location...in between San Jan and Fajardo so it was perfect for day trips. It was safe, clean and had everything we needed (even beach necessities. There were also several local restaurants nearby.

it was great location, hidden from the traffic but close driving distance to other towns that we wanted to visit

the apartment itself was great! had everything we needed, we basically overpacked. had toys for my daughter and items to bring to the beach or pool for her too. the only thing that was the a/c in the living either didn’t work or we weren’t turning it on correctly. I would have a detailed instructions on that. we didn’t worry too much bc we just opened the back sliding door for the breeze to come in. but for hot summer time frame, it will be needed. also the beach didn’t seem safe for my kid to go bc the waves were very rough. we did visit and it was beautiful to look at, I would research that if you plan to be at the beach a lot. that’s not the property fault of course, just an FYI

Great location. Property grounds nicer than the pictures. Beautiful beach. Lots of beach supplies. New pans. Would definitely stay again.

This were all minor issues: Lock box really hard to open. Not enough lighting in kitchen. 2 of 3 bulbs in kitchen light fixture not working, so hard to cook. Missing dish soap and hand soap. Furniture in kitchen and living area not very comfortable. Probably great for extra beds, but not good for relaxing and chilling out. Need table lamps in master bedroom. We didn't give host any notice of these issues, so no complaints about host. Just some needed improvements that would make staying here even nicer.

The location to the pool and beach was everything for me. We were very pleased and will schedule another vacation at the same resort.

Instructions were very clear. Air conditioners work perfect. The apartment has everything you need for a great vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, cooler, washer and dryer and plenty of towels. The pool and the beach are steps away from the apartment.

Lighting was a little too dim for my liking throughout the entire apartment. One of the lighbulbs in the master bathroom was out, making it kinda dark inside of the shower.

We were without electricity for almost 24, but that wasn’t over the owner’s control.
