The most wonderful stay with a beautiful family. It felt like an authentic experience from the moment we arrived. We did not eat in town as we ate at the property every night given the food was SO delicious and at such a great price - everything cooked by the mother or chef and ingredients from the farm are used. 10/10 experience and would definitely stay again when we come back to Sorrento! Everything was fabulous

The host is a very friendly, nice and helpful family - they are always at your disposal. They could also provide you transfer back and forth between the accommodation and the city in case on demand (on scheduled timeslots agreed with them). They are providing cheese and pizza making workshops which are also recommended to attend. The farm is located on top of the mountain from where there is an astonishing view of the sea. The room was clean and cosy. We loved being there and spending time with them. Highly recommended to try.

We picked this property due to the reviews but ended up disappointed. The rooms are very basic but they are clean, breakfast was okay but the choices were minimal. We have stayed at a number of Agriturismi previously and have always found the quality of food exceptional better than a restaurant in fact, so decided to book dinner for the two nights of our stay. The food was poor and service slow, we sat down at 8.45pm and and 10.45 on we were still waiting for our main course. There was no beer available and no salad, we ended up with a piece of meat and a few chips. When we approached the owner on this it became clear that priority is given to the people attending the pizza classes, we were told that they ‘are not a restaurant’ and that we could have eaten in Sorrento. We had booked for dinner 3 days before arrival so there was plenty of time to ensure there was food to serve and as a farm stay you would think salad would be plentiful. In fairness at check out they did not charge us for dinner which was appreciated. If you are looking for something basic the stay is manageable but do not book dinner it is clear that priority is given to the pizza classes which happen daily and I’m sure are great but equal importance and courtesy should be given to guests that are staying at the property.

The property has amazing facilities and an excellent shuttle services that makes it super easy to get to and from Sorrento. As well as this the staff are all super nice and accommodating

This is the definition of supporting local tourism. We would have stayed longer if possible. We received a big room, with a very comfy bed and a spacious bathroom. I believe we got an upgrade - we enjoyed a private balcony, with unmatched views of the sea & Mount Vesuvius. The hosts were extremely friendly and catered to all our needs perfectly. We had a lunch and a dinner on-site - both excellent value for money, delicious homemade food (with ingredients from their garden), and a lovely family feeling. They do organize pizza-making classes, and it seems an excellent place to come with kids

All was perfect

We just want to say, staying at agriturismo primaluce was one of the warmest, most welcoming stays we’ve experienced. You have to order the dinner, the homemade gnocci and sausage dish paired with the charcuterie entree was just so delicious! Authentic Italian food 🥰 Massive shoutout to Ana and Angela for making the farm run smoothly. Ana hosts a mean cooking class and Angela makes the best pizza!! I can see the two of them running the show one day. My sister and I would 100% come back if we stay in Sorrento again. Also sugar is the funniest dog I’ve ever met. Thanks team!!

Amazing place there are so kind

The house is in a nice location. It has many possibilities if it is carefully renovated.

The windows were terribly dirty, most of the garden furniture was broken. Simple breakfast.

The family were great couldnt do more to help, they really enjoy the place and make everyone welcome.

Everything was amazing but most of all the beautiful hosts. They are amazing hardworking people with the best hospitality we have received at any accommodation ever. Great views, comfortable rooms, good location, amazing wine and home cooked food. Thank you for having us.

The hosts are wonderful, very helpful and welcoming. It is a family business, where they produce the food and the wine on their own. It is a little further up in the hills, but the view is astonishing.

Amazing family. Francesco and Lia so friendly, as was grandma and their two girls. The girls as incredibly mature and helped out in all ways as Lia and Francesco welcomed a new baby girl the day we arrived. While it is a bit out of town, they shuttled us back and forth and the crazy narrow streets were actually a bonus highlight. The view from our room / balcony was fantastic and so relaxing. The dinner and the pizza class were both excellent.

Francesco and his wife Lia were so wonderful and kind!! Did as much as they could to accommodate me. He drove me to my groups hotel every morning and picked me up at night. Everything was wonderful and I would definitely recommend staying with them rather than an actual hotel!

There was nothing that I disliked about this place!

Francesco and Lia were great hosts, the farm is beautiful, and our son loved playing in the small playground and playing with the animals. The view from the room is incredible. We also joined the Pizza class which was a great experience.

The room was cold, and since it was quite big it took a long time to warm up using the A/C. Also the bed wasn't super comfortable.

The staff and room were lovely. Good breakfast. Very helpful.

The staff was amazing. Really helpful. Cute family that runs it. For breakfast, you can ask for scrambled eggs. They gladly assisted us with everything we asked for. Fair price. Amazing view. Size of the room. Location great if you are looking for quiet and peace.

The beds were really uncomfortable. No Wi-Fi in the room. It's that much far away from the centre that I recommend staying in this area only if you have a car. But reaching this place on a car was difficult, especially in the dark. The road was very steep.

The farm is a few km outside of Sorrento, but Francesco and Lia are SO accommodating and bring you to and from Sorrento with a smile. The views from our balcony were incredible. The room has air conditioning and is very comfortable. As Francesco and Anna will tell you, 95% of what you eat while on the farm, is made ON the farm. And it is VERY GOOD. We enjoyed wine and antipasto on a couple of nights, and it was very very good. Anna was a WONDERFUL hostess:)The nicest pizza I've ever had.... And the BEST Limoncella in Italy!!! :)

The hospitality of the owners was just amazing, they were really kind and made our stay special. Agriturismo offers astonishing views and an exceptional atmosphere. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We didn't arrive by car, but still, it wasn't much of a problem - thanks to the helping hand of the owners :)

Wonderful Family friend run farm retreat hidden away in the hills. We were welcomed and treat like family from the moment we arrived. All the family couldn’t do enough for us. Especially sugar (the dog). As noted in previous reviews, it is around 15 mins from sorrento. However, the family are kind enough to agree on times to assist with this- to and from sorrento. Overall, wonderful stay and great people would recommend!!

Our 5 night stay at Primaluce was the best part of our 2 week Italian adventure. The view was spectacular and the owners were lovely people! They were wonderful hosts and always very pleasant!

The roads to get there were narrow and winding. But how else can you get to the top for the fresh air and views of Mt Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples?
