DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I stayed for 1 night and less than 6 hours, forgot a brand new sweater there and it magically disappeared. I called and like to their reception staff EIGHT times as they said they couldn’t find it… and on the eighth time the receptionist said he did. We confirmed it was mine as it was a very specific and special one. But when I sent someone to pick it up, it was back to the same story of they couldn’t find it. BUYER BEWARE!!! It’s not a reputable hotel!!!

Location was fabulous and staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the shower was great - complimentary L’occitane products were a nice treat!

Room did feel a little small - would have been nice to have a dressing table / area to do make-up and there were no coat hooks.

The hotel room was nothing like it looked like on the website. The room was small, and the dark carpets made it seem even smaller. The room smelled of cigarettes and overall just didn’t have a very nice feel to it.

There is a saying in Ireland called “Cead Mile Failte “ which means “a thousand welcomes to you “ and Sanj and his team were vey helpful and welcoming and gave great advice on places to go to eat and do in Oxford . I cannot speak higher of how kind and helpful the staff are here .

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and hotel is in central location. Beds comfortable.

The rooms are very small and ours had limited natural light - some rooms have no natural light. Impossible to shave unless leave water running because pop up waste, but when pressed down did not seal basin allowing water to run away. Shaving mirror light also did not work . Given size if room, the price per night is extremely high. The website does not accurately reflect the actuality of many of the rooms

The location was excellent for a city break in Oxford.

The poor condition of the hotel and the rooms, the poor quality of the facilities and the staff looked and were unprofessional (but pleasant). 1. Exterior of the hotel shabby 2. Reception staff - no ID, no uniform, scruffy 3. Standard Room - was actually a basement room with no windows, broken air conditioning unit, dirty headboard, Gaffa Tape holding shelves together 4. Key fob - chip was taped to the plastic card 5. Door did not lock so had to put chair behind the door 6. Paid £525 for the above - Disgraceful
