Self contained, one bedroom accommodation separate on a block shared with three other separate accommodation structures. Our building was modern, well appointed, well situated close to the town centre. A great spot to stay.
Front door key barrel needs attention and was a bit fiddly to get the key out. But this is not a criticism but a note for the owners attention.

The accommodation was fully self contained, spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The decor was modern and the space was relaxing. The on-site staff were warm and welcoming.
The mattress and pillow were both hard and uncomfortable. However my husband did not find them uncomfortable.

Cute cottage remodelled. Lovely big beds. Beautiful bathroom. Great location.
Fridge & freezer handle awkward to open due to being on wall side. New kettle needed. More door snakes needed to keep cold air out. Ottomans to kick feet up on.

Water pressure in bath and showers wasnt fantastic. Beds weren’t extremely comfy but i have a bad back and pillows far too thick. Everything else was great!

Fittings and decor are of a high standard. Kristen's is in a prime location for exploring Parkes. Parking off road and security are good.
For value for money, it was slightly disappointing. The tea,coffee for quality accommodation could be better, also no personal toiletries. The fridge smelt also,OK after a thorough clean. A double rubbish bin would be a good idea so recycling can happen.

the batteries were flat in one bedroom heater remote and it was a very cold weekend. the lighting in bathroom was very poor with some globes blown but needs lighting over mirrors

The property weas over-hyped and over-priced. It was promoted as a luxury apartment in the heart of the CBD. It was neither. The design of the apartment was poor, the bed was hard, and the crockery etc were ridiculous. There were no table and chairs; only stools at a bar. The bathroom was also a great disappointment.

Lovely big rooms, Very comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was excellent, Good restaurants and cafes nearby.
