Best guesthouse in Himeji

The owner was so friendly, I arrived very early, and he let me check in and showed me around the guesthouse. The location was easy to get to from the main train station, the room was clean, and it also included breakfast. We also got to play board games with the owner and other guests. Overall, it was the best guesthouse I've stayed at.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Gastfreundliche Atmosphäre

Tomo-san hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sehr leckeres Frühstück am nächsten Morgen. Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht hatten.

綺麗なゲストハウスは評判通り

ベットは清潔感が高く、トイレやバスも無機質なgesthouseとは異なり綺麗でゆったりしている。小綺麗なペンションのような感じ

風呂の湯船に側面がざらついていた。清掃用のスポンジ設置して、風呂の湯を拔く際に軽く清掃するだけ綺麗になるので、バスタブを利用するゲストが毎回清掃するようになれば良い思いました。

Volvería sin dudarlo

Una excelente guesthouse con unas habitaciones y espacios comunes muy bien cuidados y limpios. Situación inmejorable a un paso de la estación de metro mas cercana y a un corto paseo del Castillo. La familia que lo regenta es muy simpática y siempre están a punto para ayudar. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Great host for a great hostel

Host is very friendly and speaks good English. He is great for conversation and very accommodating to your needs.

It may be a bit far for certain travellers. About 10 minutes to the castle or the nearest station. Good if you don't mind walking.

Great shared facilities and homey feeling and really good almond toast bread!

Wonderful welcoming host and family with clean, comfortable and homey experience. The room was a good size and the host is very accommodating. Location is within a close walking distance to Himeji Castle.

The wi-fi connection could have been a bit faster, but that was not important as the focus was to enjoy the guesthouse experience.

Exceptional

Tomo-san and his family run this great guesthouse with lots of love and hospitality! The location is perfect, just one station away from the main JR Himeji station, very close to Himeji castle and the gardens. It was a shame I only stayed for one night... Would have loved to stay longer! Great, welcoming atmosphere, very comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Don't miss out on the homemade breakfast!

Good location and friendly hosts who went out of their way to show me around the area. The room was comfortable and clean and the location is convenient. I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance to return to the area.

Perfect guesthouse

The hosts were absolutely adorable, the family vibes made it all so welcoming. The whole place is clean and well equipped. It's 15mins away from the castle on foot which is very practical.

Very nice family, very friendly and available to help! Great outlet situation with the dorm beds!

Knowing the location was closer to a different station than the main Himeji station might have been nice.

Amazing!

The perfect place to stay in Himeji! Very close to the castle, cozy, very clean, confortable and with a beautiful home atmosphere! The owner is really a nice guy, we talk a lot and his wife even took me to the pier when i had to leave with the ferry.. only 3 words: perfect perfect perfect!
