Great location and nice view, clean
In an old complex. Front door is damaged, which doesn’t provide a person with a good start to the accommodation. Door handle in bathroom kept falling. No shampoo or body wash/ soap. No washing powder/liquid for washing machine. (International travelers don’t want to be carting this sort of stuff around the country). No cutting boards. Lamps in apartment need a good clean inside. Toaster hadn’t been emptied of crumbs for quite a while. Was also quite noisy in the surrounding area

Location is excellent for Belfast City Centre. Good value for money.
Under the beds hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom door was dirty,as was the whole bathroom in general. The tv had no instructions on how to operate so we weren’t able to use it.

Location was a little daunting
Hard to get in to main entrance ,hit &miss with key code . When we got out of the lift I was shocked at the layout and our door was bashed in . A little scary .

The location was excellent, you couldn't ask for more central.
The apartment is clean and tidy.
Beds are clean and comfortable.
No noise
Includes all the essentials for a city break or even longer if needed. (Tv, wifi, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, coffee machine, fridge, hair dryer, ironing facilities)
Was easily accessed with very convenient parking nearby.
Lovely view over the city.
Lovely wee bar, The Sunflower, on the doorstep but not close enough to create noise at night. Staff are lovely, it has an excellent atmosphere, and a delicious fresh pizza parlour out back.
We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. As much as it's basic, it contained everything we needed. We spent most of our break out of the apartment and could easily walk everywhere.
I would highly recommend, for the price, it is perfect.
Security deposit was put back in account within hours of our departure.
If i had to pick fault with the apartment, towels could be doing with updating, very thin, and washed out.
Could benefit from some slightly better pots and pans. They are very basic.
Advertised that there will be toiletries, only hand soap and one and a half toilet roll available. Don't get caught out, I had my own, so it wasn't a problem, but just so others know.
Could possibly do with a fresh coat of paint.

Warm, clean and spacious apartment
Not the safest of locations, not for families. Cars doing donuts around the property at 3am. I grew up in Belfast and this is not a location for tourists.

Great location, generally clean, easy to work the heating to your tastes, good communication with the management company, nice big bathroom and a nice view of the city
There were a few niggles that I’ve addressed with the management company directly so the ball’s in their court!

The people of Belfast are amazing. The city is magnificent. This flat is down a few side streets from Cathedral Quartet.
The flat needs a major refurbishment.

Good location as near to city centre and parking was fine.
Tv didn’t work, not that we really needed it. Patio door didn’t lock but on 5th floor so not a real problem.

Location was perfect, 5 min from the city center, anything you needed nearby. The apartment was clean and very spacious.
When we arrived the lift was out of service and we had to climb 7 floors with our luggage. The door to enter the apartment is damaged, with visible blood stains on it, I think the owners should at least take some time to clean this out, if not to fix it. A used towel was left in the bathroom and although we contacted the company to remove it they didn't do so till we left. There was no hairdryer and no shampoo/shower gel available.

it is quite simply the worst place I have ever stayed. It is the top floor, 8 of the building, the furnishings are basic, the fridge door heavily dented, the bath needs further reinforcement underneath, as it moves when showering (we aren’t a large family either!)
There was no hot water, so had to turn the emersion switch on to heat up.
on several occasions we had to wait for locals to leave the building in order to enter as the entry key pad buttons wouldn’t work.
Most importantly, the lift broke on the second day and we had to walk up/down 16 flights of stairs with our elderly parents who are in their 80’s, with luggage.
there was no response from the management company.
The description of a Penthouse needs to be changed, as Prison would be more appropriate.
I truly expect some compensation due to awful situation with the lift.

A beautiful spotless and spacious apartment which my friend and I really appreciated. Central location close to the centre of Belfast with ease of availing of restaurants, shops etc. We have a special memory of meeting Kelly who came as we were about to leave this morning. She was so friendly and kind and we appreciated our chat with her.

A great apartment for a family of four like us, a real home from home only ten minutes walk from the city centre.
Only small quibbles: the T.V remote was broken, though we weren't there to watch T.V so didn't really care. One of the balcony doors wouldn't lock properly, though as it was the fifth floor this wasn't really an issue. I have bought these matters to the attention of Titan Living, so I'm sure they'll sort it.

Good size and lots of light. View from 5th floor was great. Relaxing sofa. Ability to easily walk to main city area. Pleasant bedrooms with spacious wardrobes.
The immediate location was a bit run down, as was the tower block. A lot of building works going on.
The shower had very limited hot water and was challenging.

This property was on the lower end of rental costs for an inner city rental and, as such it was value for money. Location was great and the flat was comfortable. Would be a good rental for visiting nearby university building.
There wasn't anything bad about the flat other than the decor is rather tired and could do with a lick of paint. If you were a party of 6 there would not be enough plates etc.
There is building work adjacent to the property which does give early morning noise, but this is to be expected in a city centre location.

The Location was great minutes walk from everywhere. The Beds were clean and there was loads of clean towels.
The building itself wasn't very welcoming it was dirty, we were on the 8th storey and the lift was broke all day Saturday (obviously not the owner of the apartments fault)
This apartment is advertised as a Luxury Penthouse apartment which it is definitely NOT, It a standard top floor apartment. The Apartment itself was ok, it would need updated and the kitchen crockery was all dirty and the fridge was smelly. The beds in the rooms were all clean and the spare bedding under the sofabed was also clean.
