Air con in sitting room didn’t work

Location is great. Clean an well equipped. Staff is very friendly. Really close to the beach and restaurants.

Food smell from the restaurant below on the lobby.

Only stayed one night. One large bedroom upstairs with a shower room and toilet. Large sofa bed downstairs. Little kitchenette and table and chairs. Balcony over looking the sea. Another toilet on this level. Excellent location.

The apartments are self catering. Two electric rings, fridge, a toaster and kettle. Lots of assorted cutlery and plates, glasses. Free Air con, free safe box, and free wi fi. Two balconies in our room. One overlooking the square, and the other a sea view. Apartments are above The Pines restaurant, but not administered by them.

The apartments are on two levels with bedroom upstairs. Stairs are made of marble and are very narrow in a tight spiral. My wife and I are in our 80's and we found them rather difficult. Beds are very low and mattresses very soft, which made them very difficult to get out of. I would suggest that the apartments are not really suitable for the elderly or infirm.

I liked the location and the studio had enough space.

I didn't like the kitchen was not really well supplied, the air conditioned was dripping water, furniture is quite old dated, there wasn't enough light on one of the toilets (ground floor).

The Pines is a great location! Beautiful views overlooking the beach and the apartment is a great size.

The cleaner was meant to come daily but I don't think she cleans, maybe just changes the bins. She also comes very early (8am) so if you're still snoozing / getting ready for the day you miss out on the clean for that day. We had to ask for new towels half way through the week. You have to walk up to Natalie's to check in, which isn't stated on the booking so many sure you know where that is!

The place was perfect, the beach is right there, very nice long beach not too crowded with cristal clear water. very clean and the cleaning was coming every day, did a good job.we met Maria she is one of the sweetest persons in the world. they were all helpful and answered quickly to messages. helped us with rhe late check in , bokking a taxi and booking a boat trip. The are a lot of restaurants and markets nearby , a perfect place for a relaxed vacation.

perfect location, fully air conditioned which is needed in the summer. balcony gives an exquisite view of the sunrise 🌅 self accommodating ready however the restaurant is just downstairs and the staff are all brilliant 🤩. the Calamari 😋 you are a next door to many other restaurants and shops. you can pack light and get everything here from bread eggs oil, to flip flops 🩴 towels, gelato and ice cream, car and bike rentals, currency exchange, night life, archeological sites not to mention the BEACH 🏝 👌🏽 my girls loved it and could not get enough of the ocean. not quite the sand castle building sand but the pebbles are smooth and sand is small enough to burry your legs 🙂 the Pines gives you all you could ask for in a holiday home away from home. mosquitos were not an issue at all, maybe I was lucky. fully recommended.

might need a microwave however I did not miss it at all. I can’t really complain about anything else.

Perfect location. Facing the beach and with fantastic views of the sunrises. The restaurant downstairs serves amazing food and was great value and very friendly.

A few minor maintenance issues but this did not detract from my experience at the Pines.

Location was good ,fabulous view of the sea from our balcony . Good shower , fridge, nice to have two toilets on both levels. Very friendly and thorough cleaner. Great restaurant down below our apartment. Maria was expecptional and helped us getting the paperwork Covid ,boarding passes , printed out . We where so very grateful

The noise was very loud either the bar on the beach with music blaring out until 2am some nights. Early every morning the dustmen woke us up with the bottles and very loud and in first gear.

The flat is sea facing, 5mins from the beach and close to the Main Street. We loved the little balcony and spent a lot of time there. The kitchen is equipped for small meals, but being above the restaurant makes it a great spot.

The shower is big but there is no holder for the shower head. However, it seems like this is common practice in The island.

Noisy at night (not the property’s fault) as there is a local bar where there is live music played during peak season until 2am on some nights. If you sleep with windows open, the street and restaurants below can be noisy too, however this wasn’t a problem for us. Inconsistent cleaning - wasn’t sure if this was meant to happen or not (e.g. emptying toilet bins) - happened every other day but needed to be daily really Shower head was not attached to the wall so it made it a bit hard to wash hair Satellite / cable tv hard to navigate and had odd channels

Very clean. Exceptional customer service. The air conditioning was not working properly and was dealt with immediately. The bathroom doors might need replacement soon, but nothing that hindered our stay. Hot water on demand. Very very pleased. Would definitely recommend!! Great views from the balcony

First of all, of course, Maria's hospitality. Thank you so much! Always in contact and very helpful. The apartment itself is cosy and totally equipped, perfect sea view. The sea is really 50m away, all facilities near, restaurant on the ground floor and supermarket AB Vasilopoulous about 800m away, ok by feet. The beach is perfect, beautiful and clean. WiFi at high speed. Everything was comfortable for two children. I wish you the best touristic season!

It is in the centre of the touristic life and may be sometimes noisy in the evening/night. But mostly it is quiet, especially for those from the big cities
