House has a bed and weird single sofa bed, super uncomfortable. Parking not included. It's like an Airbnb at hotel prices

The owner is super aggressive. We left after one night. House was 32 degrees at night despite advertised aircon. He turned it off to save money and got angry at us for expecting it. Rooms are super small and not as advertised. Worse, on checking reviews, this has been going on for a while. He offered to refund additional nights as long as we didn't leave a review.

In camera nessuna aria condizionata, in sala c'è ma non regolabile. Cucina, se uno sta 2 gg è sprovvisto di tutto, deve comprare praticamente tutto. Quindi non consigliato per pochi gg con uso cucina. Letti senza comodino e prese luce. Cantina per riporre bici in sicurezza c'è da fare le scale

It was a quirky room with modern facilities. It had a good bathroom but there was absolutely no amenities it in eg coffee, tea.

No air conditioning. The owner said it was coming from the ground?? The reading on the air conditioning panel was 27.8, the same as the outside air, so sleeping was terribly difficult. There was a small fan but it wasn’t enough to cool the room.

Manager was right there waiting to meet me. He was very clear and patient in demonstraring their key system.

Spacious, all the correct cooking equipment, comfy mattress.

Air con had broken so the apartment was so hot! We were give a small tower fan for our bedroom. We shut the door up on the hottest day and left the fan running to keep the bedroom cool whilst we popped out for a short amount of time, only for someone to come into our room, open up the door and leave the towels in a separate room so unsure why they went into our bedroom in the first place! Pillows were as hard as rocks, blackout electric blinds in all of the rooms apart from the place you actually need them which was the bedroom so at night you could see every cars lights coming through into the bedroom. We were not told that you needed to take your rubbish out and put it in the courtyard unless you wanted a €50 fine; luckily my partner read an information book about the apartment which was tucked away in a little corner. No communication from the owner when a question was asked despite being told to contact him with any issues and he would reply straight away.

Very nice host at reception. The room was very suitable and very clean.

The advertisement says the room has air conditioning. This is very misleading, because they refused to set it at a reasonable temperature to be considered air conditioned. It was 26.0 deg C in our room (nearly 80 deg F). Also, the room is right over the road, so the road noise, especially the irritating mopeds, was a minor disturbance. They can improve the hospitality by having supplies for the coffee maker there, instead of being told to go buy your own.

Size for 4 people was totally inadequate, uncomfortable sofa beds, a window from bathroom into bedroom was a strange arrangement. Air conditioning was set to heat in summer and management would not adjust. Did not return messages.
