The facilities and room were great as well as the location.
We received a text to say our time to vacate was 11am however a staff member knocked on our door to ask us to leave at 10.15. She was a little abrupt when I told her our check out time had been texted to us for 11. I think there may have been a mistake made but I showed her the text but there was no apology for asking us to leave early.

Comfortable room that was well equipped with everything you could need. Boardgames and complimentary drinks and tim Tam's were a nice bonus.

recently refurbished and very well maintained, scrupulously clean property. nicely decorated and although we didn’t need to cook, it was lovely that every convenience was thought of in terms of kitchen fit out (including washing up equipment and detergent, and laundry liquid for the washing machine). great bathroom and good linens, comfortable beds. walking distance to the stunning back beach, as well as to restaurants on the main drag. easy check in and out!

King size bed was very comfortable. Good walking distance to the CBD. Also walking distance to the back beach. Apartment was clean and tidy.
The apartment was quite small and we had a disabled access apartment. Walls are not very sound proof. Water from shower soaked the bathroom floor. Not much storage space for luggage.

The location was spectacular, close to the back beach with beautiful rockpools, walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops, and a short drive / bike ride (or good walk) from the Sorrento front beach / bay.
The apartment was beautiful - it had everything we needed, and some extras we didn't expect. There was plenty of space for our family of four. It was so great our kids kept wanting to get back to the apartment!

my husband loved the complimentary alcoholic drinks in the fridge and Tim Tams. great location, lots of facilities within the unit
the noisy neighbours. we had a few young party goers right staying in the unit next door which kept up us a couple of nights.

Clean and had everything required for a holiday away. The location was also spectacular a short walk to ocean beach (where we took in the sunset) and a 20 mins walk to the bay.
The extra bed provided - metal frame and thin mattress was very uncomfortable. Every time my 13 year old son moved it would make a squeaking sound and would wake us all up. He also got a cut from one of the hinges on the side of the bed. Recommend a better bed is placed for the comfort of all.

well set out, instructions clear to get into the room, light and airy, we saw an echidna 100m from the property while exploring the back beach.
not advertised that it had a cooktop, the range hood needs a protector on the sharp edges, the inside of the kettle needed cleaning,
