L'hôtel est très bien équipé et très calme. Le studio spacieux avait une vue en hauteur sur le port très agréable.

Le petit déjeuner était très quelconque. .

The food choice at the ground level restaurant in the evening

Spacious room which was quite well equipped with a kitchen as there is nothing around the hotel which is situated on a quayside overlooking the port which offered an interesting view. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. Unless you have a car, getting into town either needed a taxi or there is limited public transport.

Be prepared to take your own food as there are only 2 restaurants, one which is really expensive, and the second on the ground floor, prices we what you would expect to pay but quality of food was appalling.

It was always cold in the room, the gym was not well equipped, breakfast poor

Staff were great, lovely rooms. It is about 15min by bus from the centre, it was perfect to get away from the madness during the peak tourist season. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not many food options around, so mostly need to order food to be delivered. There is a bar downstairs, with some food options, but limited choice. This was not a big deal for us, but may be for others.

Nice view , quiet , spacious, kitchen.

The shower was leaking and the whole floor could be covered in water. Breakfast is good , but there can be flies on the food.

The facilities and the location. It’s nice to be out of the centre of the city. The bus ride is only 10minutes. Only issue is that after midnight you can only catch a cab which is not easy to get and is a minimum of 25 Euro

We had booked and paid for a king - one bedroom corner suite and when we arrived the room was not available. We were given a studio room. The follow through on addressing the problem was not good in the 1st 24 hours. A senior staff member ended up being very helpful and gave us a 25% discount on our payment for a king room.

The view from the room is just beautiful! Location is a about 5km outside of the city, but within easy reach of a regular bus service

There were not many healthy breakfast options. Hot water from a kettle should be a available. No trays to put your dirty dishes after breakfast.

The hotel is well situated, close to the 48 bus route into town and with a great view of a busy waterway. Our room was light and and and the kitchen well equipped.

Sadly, there were a number of problems with the property. The rooms have large, tilting windows and if anyone in an adjoining room closes these, it feels as if the whole building moves. Whilst the washing machines in the communal laundry room are adequate, the tumble driers are hopeless. Finally, I took to drying washing in my room. We were underneath the breakfast room so we could hear tables and chairs scraping across the floor from 7am each morning. I was disturbed on two occasions by noise from the room next door (between 4.30am and 5.30am on one day and 5.30am and 6.30am on another day). I had read about this in a review when booking and was concerned; however, I decided the person was possibly exaggerating. However, I now find them to have been absolutely correct. After the first night of disturbance I reported to the front desk who told me in future I should phone down to the reception. On the second night that we were disturbed I phoned down to the front desk and there was no answer. On checking out, I was advised to email the manager which I did. Sadly, the manager did not feel it was necessary to reply. That tells you everything you need to know about customer service. I have subsequently read through other reviews and see that many people have commented negatively about this hotel whilst still giving it a rating of 7. For the price, I would advise you to look elsewhere.

It was perfect. We had a room with the wonderful view. it’s cool that the hotel has swimming pool (unfortunately sauna didn’t work when we were at the hotel)
