What a Find! This property is exactly what we needed. Very spacey, comfortable and private, just loved having a fully equipped kitchen. Bob is a fantastic host and couldn't be any nicer. Great experience,

Cold bathrooms. The ensuite shower. Difficulty getting hot water. We couldn't make the DVD player work

Apartment was spacious, beach, park and all amenities were within a few minutes walk
Apartment was large and well presented. The host was very polite and took time to speak to the 3 children. The location of the apartment was ideal as the beach and the playpark, as well as the shops were only a short walk away. Would definately recommend this location/Apartment and hope to use the same premises again.

Excellent location which is only a couple of minutes walk from Ayr town centre and also the beach. The accommodation was spacious and clean with comfy beds, and the owner/staff were really friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely rebook.

Location was excellent in heart of ayr,beds comfy and clean ,although apartment was a bit dated it was comfortable and had all you needed,bob was lovely host very pleasant

Although the apartment was very spacious overall, the living area was quite small and dark. Also, showers etc were a little dated.
