Kitchen was very well stocked.
Parking space was not identifiable. Number had been covered over. Needs to be signed better for unit 18.
The lounge and chair seats were not comfortable. Cushions kept sliding out.

The apartment was in a great location, was great value for money and it was big enough to fit 5 people in. It was also an ideal spot as it was close to the NSW boarder as well as being close enough to surfers paradise.

Location was perfect! For 3 people the size of the unit was good. Facilities were pretty good.
Detailing in the description that the unit is up a few flights of stairs so not suitable for elderly people. Not having linen provided, this was quite annoying as we either had to pay for linen or add extra weight to our bags by packing linen. If we had the 5 people that you can have in the unit we would have been quite squished.

Handy to the beach shops and buses
Minimal provisions but as expected for Budget accomodation. Key pickup / drop off is several km away but external lockbox helps.

The view from the balcony was great and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen has heaps of utensils.
The noise from the traffic on Musgrave road was more than I had anticipated, a few dust bunnies in the bathroom and no linen provided is somewhat annoying (although to be fair that is mentioned prior to booking)

Great location, close to restaurants and view of beach fab. Great price and clean.
The sofas were extremely uncomfortable and really not suitable for the place. A comfortable modular would have been a better choice.
Also thought there would have been a few essentials eg oil, salt, sugar but nope nothing.. felt a bit Scrooge.

The location and views.
Your booking site needs to clearly state that this unit is on the second floor in a building with no lift. You need to take 2 steep staicases to access the unit which made it really difficult for us.

Location, unit is beautiful and newly updated. Plenty of storage and beds were comfortable. Bathroom/laundry beautiful. Appliances etc were great.
Lounge was very uncomfortable. Unit wasn’t clean upon arrival but nothing we couldn’t do ourselves (sand on table/floor and floor needed vacuuming).

I loved the location the water veiws & all eateries & local pub & club. I will be back again in the not to distant future.
The first day started out on a wrong vibe. We had lights, but no power for all appliances & the power points in the bedrooms were for show only.
