- air conditioning was sometimes working in one of our rooms, but most of the time not. When it was 30+ degrees outside, it was a problem!
- noise! - one evening there was a birthday party organized by hotel - it was so noisy and we were not able to sleep until it finished after midnight
- noise! - all doors and beds creak and crackling
- breakfast are poor, no bread selection, no salads or vegetables. Coffee not too good, staff was not offering coffee, even there was a coffee machine at the bar, instead I had to use oldish coffee machine, with so so coffee
- dinner at the hotel with poor selection of two dishes - once not all of them were available, but I had to pay for complete dishes
- hotel manager not responding to messages to arrange some stuff before arrival

Beautiful property
Staff is grouchy and unwelcoming (underpaid? Overworked). They seems to charge city taxes multiple times. The 3rd bed was in fact a futon with hard bars in the middle; absolutely not acceptable for even children above 12. Room was clean but garbage was sticky and there was no extra toilet paper.
Breakfast was good but insipid.

There was no fridge in the room, it would help /to put our drinks in and keep them cool in the hot weather/. But not a big deal.

Fancy hotel with good rooms, tv, air conditioner, very comfortable beds.

The hotel is a big house with big comfortable rooms
Check in time is not specified on booking, but apparently is only till 18... People were nice enough to receive us at 22 when we arrived, but it could be made explicit in booking.com

Nice breakfast, rooms are old-fashioned but still cozy and comfortable, staff is nice but very few speaks English.
Not so close to Bratislava downtown (and few uber drivers nearby), wi-fi signal was too weak at my room

The only good thing about this hotel is nice surroundings and breakfast
Very hot in the room even in September as there is no air conditioning and you can not keep the windows open as you will be eaten by insects to death. Windows should have insect protection mesh fitted in this situation. Constant noise in the room from some electrical equipment in the hotel, ventilation or something, not sure. Basically have not slept at all.
But as I mentioned - Can not complain considering that small money paid.
