Séjour pratique pour une convention.
Bien placé, excellent accueil, je reviendrai.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux avec du pain de qualité et un jus d'oranges exceptionnel.

On site restaurant, Monday to Thursday. However an excellent Italian restaurant very close by.

We arrived late at night (after midnight) and the Hotel had arranged for us to have access to the security gate and front door to collect our keys. The spoke to us before our arrival by email to ascertain our requirements and they met them perfectly

Very helpful staff. Particularly the night receptionist. Free wifi. Tea and coffee in room. Nice breakfast. Good location for passing through Nantes
No lift. In hindsight we need to request ground floor rooms in the case of no lift.
Drawer under sink had not ber cleaned and was stained.

1. Communications possible only in French.
2. According to booking.com, you have to contact the hotel if you plan to arrive late.
This I did, both through booking.com and by SMS, but no-one bothered to answer.
So we were forced to change plan and arrive earlier.
